Impossible to get food in bar. Not able to attract the attention of many bar staff. Barman wouldn’t take order at bar despite this and told me to order from table - still impossible to get food. Server taking payment for a few cups of tea was rude to one of our group. Being busy should never be given as an excuse for poor service and rudeness.

The hotel facilities were very good, the staff were pleasant and the room was super clean and good size. The lobby was beautiful and the food was very good. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. The pool, sauna, plunge pool are all fabulous and very clean with lovely staff. I would return.
If I were to mention any faults it would surround our experience in the bar. We ordered a couple of drinks, there were quite a few bar staff on and a few patrons but drinks took forever! Next we took a seat for bar food and it was busy but the waiter, in a very stressed out manner told us "You'll be at least an hour waiting for food" bare in mind this was casual bar food, not the restaurant (he told a neighbouring table the same). I had a hunch he was frazzled and it wasn't necessarily true. As it was raining we stayed put & ordered our food (our neighbours left to seek food elsewhere). Our food was brought out within 15 minutes. It was too pricey for what we got IMO. I ordered squid as starter which was £8, it was tasty but there were only 4 pieces of squid in amongst some leaves, tasty but way over priced.

All members of staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful. The room was clean and tidy as expected. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've experienced in a hotel. Also the room has a fridge which was great. Im a good central location for going out for drinks or for going shopping.

I enjoyed the meal, room, leisure complex, breakfast, parking, location, & above all the staff were so helpful and pleasant.
Everything was excellent I could find no fault with anything whatsoever.

Staff were tremendous. Reception especially. Great area to relax around that front desk and a lovely bar area too.

Staff were fantastic. They work so very hard.
Room was stuck at back of hotel. Noise from rowdy people right to the early hours. Our room was so dusty. Husband had to use his inhaler quite a lot. We have stay here many other times over the years and have always been very satisfied with every thing until this trip. Won't be staying again sadly.

Very spacious and comfortable room in a good spot for our short visit to explore Newry. Liked the hotel bar and lobby. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly.
Went to the restaurant for dinner. Started off well with initial drinks and food arriving in timely manner. Unfortunately after that things went downhill and there was no service at all despite repeated requests and a lot of staff on the floor. It's not ok to run a restaurant that the staff can't cope with the bookings and with large groups. Such a shame.
Seemed way more under control at breakfast which was unremarkable but fine.
