La bañera y que no hubiese secador de pelo en la habitación , pero esto último tampoco lo mire con la reserva

The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Manuel was especially helpful to us in the morning to help us send two bags ahead on the Camino Ingles. The location was perfect for walking the Camino, the breakfast was good and good value for money, the room was amazing! 😃 We had the family room for three of us and it felt like our own apartment! Great hotel!

I had to spend the Christmas isolated at the hotel room with Covid, but the experience was not bad at all. The staff was adorable and helped me to be comfortable and cosy during my stay. I'm truly grateful!

Very large room with large windows for fresh air.
The elevator seemed a bit sketchy…jerked at each floor landing.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Powerful shower,, located next to a supermarket and 10 minutes from the start of the camino which was handy.
The furniture was dated, only one plug socket in the room. A little experiment for what it was.

The staff was super! Above and beyond to help assist me as I was beginning my Camino walk.
My room was very loud, on the street. It was also very warm in the day and cold at night. I also found the breakfast to be expensive for very simple basics.

Walking distance from train station.
We had a first floor corner room which was great for people-watching, and there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
With the shutters down and the heavy curtains drawn we had a great sleep. Reception was friendly, helpful with dinner suggestions and stored our bags next day until our train time.
There was no plug for the bath, but given that there are water shortages it was not an issue.

Quite thin walls as every morning I could hear the conversation between the couple next door and couldn't continue sleeping. For the rest excellent place.

The rooms are large and spacious! The staff is super friendly welcoming! Everything was explained clearly. The hotel and the rooms were always in good and clean condition

Great location near supermarket, city plazas, cafes, restaurants and near the start of the Camino Ingles. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was "fancier" nicer than I anticipated.
