The location was great. Easy to get to, right off eurovelo 1 route and next to a lot of restaurants.

Additional coffee pods and milk would have been helpful.

Average hotel . It was fine for our needs. We hardly spent any time there apart from sleeping. Good, quiet night.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The hotel is really easy to find and has car park on site. It has a lift, tv in the room and complimentary water. Is good for a night stop on your way to/back from your destination in a very quiet location(not worth it if it isn't on your way). Comfortable bed and easy check in/out.

We didn't get asked for ID or Covid passport. The rooms are a bit dated(the bathroom more so than the rest). There is no shops/bars close by really(they do have a little bar downstairs but on our stay there were some "questionable" people hanging about)

Everything else No 😯

The duvet was far too hot without a sheet on the bed. Did not sleep. However, this is easily rectified. Everything else was great.

Very clean and crisp white bed linen.

Spacious apartment,very clean,good location,good restaurants nearby,short drive to the beach Vivier.

Very few kitchen utensils,no wine glasses,no cereal bowls,just sufficient.A pity the gate is still broken as it was last year when we visited, would have been good to have a secure area for the dog.

Amazing staff, great, clean appartment with space. Easy drive back into Biscarrosse. Nice little private terrace. Well equipped, quiet.

No outside furniture.

The Staff on reception was very helpful and proficient with a smile. Breakfast was ecellent.

The shower was excellent, however it could not be used properly as the drain in the tray did not drain the water quickly enough. Also the room was far too small to be classed as a twin room.

Smiling helpful staff, great service. Probably the best chain hotel I've used. Satisfaction.
