The hotel was very close to the Château and train station. The room was compact and the bed was very comfy.

The shower needed a little tlc. But other than that it met my needs.

The location is close to the Versailles chateau.

The room was not clean. The room didn’t have a toilet door, just one curtain to separate the bedroom and the bathroom. The rug was filthy, dusty, and old. You could smell the mold from the entrance. We were with our toddler, and we needed to keep the windows open all night. We know the hotels in France are overpriced, but you should respect some minimum conditions.

We really liked the service they were very nice and welcoming also the terrace downstairs by the breakfast area and the location was the best.

there are no pictures of all the rooms specially the one we got was very tiny and with only one window on the roof the ambiance was totally different in comparison with the picture displayed from the hotel (where the room has a lot of light and two large windows) the tiny window on the roof made the space feel claustrophobic, in general it’s a room that should be displayed in the pictures because the expectations before arrival are totally different then when checking in and seeing the rooms… the hair dryer doesn’t work in the room and overall it’s ok for one night stay but I wouldn’t stay for a longer time than that. overall the room felt very dark and claustrophobic

Definitely in need of modernisation and freshening up. Room didn’t smell great and decor very dated. Breakfast selection very limited.

Location near the Versailles Palace. Walking distance. Attendant was very helpful to find us a taxi at a very early hours.

Room has a very bad odor. We rent 4 rooms all have odors. Like smoking odor or worse. We have to sleep with open windows to let air enter during the night. Hotel does not have elevator neither someone to help with luggage. We stay in a 3rd floor.

Very clean sheets, towels and bathroom. Extremely pleasant staff, comfy bed and comforter, green garden view, cute and quaint building.

Liked everything, even the squeaky carpeted circular staircase.

Excellent location close to palace and close to many nice restaurants (can recommend Chez Lazare). Very friendly and helpful personnel and a comfy bed. A safe and clean carpark (Parking Cathedrale) is close by.

Room and shower could do with an update, but overall great value for money.

Cyril received us with a great smile ! He also provided us with good information and details about the French way of life, we had a wonderful time discussing with him. The room was of good size, very clean and on the plus side we had access to the terrasse which we loved!. A great experience !

Location was superb, staff were SO friendly and helpful, lovely to deal with. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Could hear alot of other residents clearly, walking in rooms, talking in their rooms and even blowing their noses. Not much the hotel can do about this but wouldn't suit a light sleeper.

It was in a great location.

There was a strong stench of acrid humidity in the room that prevented us from sleeping. The bottom of the bathroom door was all warped, perhaps from past water damage.
