Lovely and clean, great view and great location - literally a stones throw away from everything!

The only thing I can think of is that the breakfast could maybe have more options! But it was lovely nethertheless!

The pool area was very good and the staff where lovely!

I was a little disappointed in my room and expected a full clean everyday but unfortunately I just received towels. I mentioned it and the staff were very accommodating and the next day my room was spotless but unfortunately this was towards the start of my stay and I didn’t want to keep complaining. The room was also very small and a little rundown.

Location of costa maya is more than perfect it is near to everything(bus station, bodrum marina, beachs, restaurants) Room is co.fy and clean with great staff

It was a bit noisy, you can hear a lot through the room doors whenever somebody is passing

Dilek and her fellow staff were wonderfully accommodating. The key to a great reception staff is making every guest feel special, they did that.

Location is perfect! Just 5 min from Bodrum Old Center. Very clean and comfortable. Swimming pool very nice. Service 100%. Parking available at anytime.

The facility, the pool, and the location. The staff was exceptional and very friendly, helpful. Five minutes walking from the marina where you can get boats to anywhere.

The staff and location. We just stayed for 1 night once we were getting a boat the day after. We were 2 big families, and staff was extremely friendly!

The location and common areas of the hotel were excellent! The Guest relationship lady Dilek was giving her best and was very helpful - so 10 points for her!

There were issues with the cleanliness of the rooms and overall maintenance each day - sometimes we missed towels, other times the room was not clean enough! Few people, even at reception were speaking English

Awful breakfast buffet. Rooms and facilities weren’t as pictured. An outdated, old hotel with boho decorations. Staff was nice and tried their best with what they were given.

Property was clean, modern and had a great vibe. We were a traveller of 3 girls and all parts of the hotel we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted us to see the best of our stay. Special shout out to Ferdi, the girls at reception and the bartenders for making our stay comfortable.

Nothing, this hotel is an absolute disgrace. It's rated highly on Booking.com and get's promoted but it's a complete catfish. Looks nothing like the photos and the amenities listed are not provided by the hotel. For example, the "Free WiFi" is no existent, very slow speed and it's an unsecured network, which isn't safe. The reception is only contactable via a WhatsApp number which goes unanswered.

Dirty sheets with stains, bathroom was dirty with fungus and dirt in the shower. Vanity was filthy. Bathroom had exposed electrical wires which is a major safety hazard. Room accommodates 3 but was tiny. Found Cigarette butt and ashes in the kettle. We arrived late at night, tired and exhausted. Reception can be contacted only through WhatsApp. which no one answered. No phone lines. No Wi-Fi password provided. Flies all over the room. We were shocked by the filthy conditions and felt unsafe. Since we had checked in late, close to midnight we waited the night and checked out first thing in the morning and moved to a different hotel which we booked through Booking.com as well. At the time of checkout we tried to tell reception our plight but there was a language barrier. Unfortunately English is not spoken and understood. We reached out to booking.com for a refund to no avail.

The beds only had one very rough sheet to sleep on, a tiny pillow and bathroom wasn’t the best part of the room

Everything was really perfect. The room and facilities were so great. The staff were really amazing and so helpful with everything. They give you their WhatsApp number and you can text them anytime if you have any questions or concerns. The location was perfect- walking distance to everything- shops, restaurants and coffee places. If you want a taxi, they’ll call you one and it’ll be available within minutes. Just an overall amazing stay at this hotel!

We don’t have water, AC, and electricity. Stuff treated us unfriendly and when we requested money back, they refused to pay. We decided not to stay at the property it got no refund. We strongly discourage anyone to stay there

Location, vibe around the place,accessibility to everything, smiling faces and extremely helpful staff especially dilos with suggesting best places to visit in a shorter span and isal with reservations! Zainab in the breakfast area greeted us with a big smile every morning. The entire breakfast team was actually quite helpful in catering to our needs especially hot milk for tea!

The only good thing about the place is that the city is very close to you, and the hotel provide free parking, you will not struggle to look for a parking specially in the town city The staff are super helpful and kind i liked them
