The view was nice

The staff was very unwilling to assist in issues I had with transportation and deferred me to basically figure it out myself. The included breakfast was some rolls and eggs nothing to what I would imagine at a 4 star hotel. The not so hot hot tub was more of a warm bath and no instructions on how to work it. There was no water included, and no grocery near by to get water, and you can’t drink the tap water. The only water available was 5 euros that they supply upon check in. No included amenities. Bags of chips for 5 euros. The hotel listing failed to mention the nearest restaurant was a mile and a half away.

Breakfast was good, nice view from restaurant and terrace of apartment.

Internet and the view from the room. The room/apartment is without window to sea view which is front of all the apartments.

Room was spacious and view was amazing. Duplex double room with sea view and private hot tub in balcony. Staff were attentive and nice.

Shower head holder was broken, tv mounted wrong so it tilted up, wifi terrible speeds. those were minor things. A lot of my dislikes pertain to the area as well as the hotel hotel prices were good for the room. But Prices were beyond absurd for food, drink and taxis. Nearest shop is a 1.6km mountain walk away. The beach below; the nicest areas cost between €40-110 for a bench. Both clubs below are equally pricey for food and drink. There is nowhere else to get food on foot; so be prepared to spend about equal to room costs on food and drink. The water is also not drinkable so bottled is a must. This is prices equally high. Breakfast is poor. Limited selection continental with awful coffee. No facilities for coffee or tea or even refrigeration in room; the tiny minifridge is filled to the brim with their €5 coke and €10 beers. Overall Its ok, and probably one of the better places in mykanos provided you have a car and come prepared with your own supplies. Everything on this island on the beaten track is set up to mince money out of you. Ive travelled all over the world and this is the biggest rip off area ive ever been to outside of dubai

Great views and location. Bed was amazingly comfortable and the entire apartment was very spacious and open. The jacuzzi was an added bonus and made our stay unforgettable. Staff was extremely welcoming and kind (which we rarely came across on the island). We visited most of the beaches and Kalo Livadi is by far the best one if you’re looking for a high quality vacation.

It’s hard to move around by taxi or bus since there aren’t many so it is recommended to rent a car for easy transportation. Some minor things could use a renovation - the shower head leaks on the side and the handheld mirror is a bit rusty but these things didn’t negatively affect our vacation.

some rooms say they are with seqviews, but they are like a bunker, no windows on the sea. Management thinks it is OK to say that if you walk out of your room, you have sea view, but this is clearly a misrepresentation

For those who want to relax its the perfect place

This hotel is not four stars.When the wind blows the windows and doors rattle loudly can not sleep.The breakfast is ridiculously weak and the same every day.The bathroom is very small.The televisions do not work and often there is no wifi.

Hotel was perfect overlooking aegean sea and kalo livadi beach. Definitely value for money, nice breakfast. Staff is amazing.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean room with an amazing sea view, delicious buffet breakfast and food. We were welcomed warmly and quickly settled in. We hope to come back soon!

I’ve stayed there for 7 nights and this “hotel” has ruined my vacation *breakfast was a joke , the buffe had 5 dishes and you had to pay extra for the coffee 5 € *the room was very small , without proper furniture for a hotel and had a very bad smell in it * in 7 days they didn’t proper cleaned our bathroom *we didn’t had a window and it seemed like we were living in a cave *2 nights , the jacuzzi above my rooms was left open and the guys at the reception told me that they can’t do anything about it , despite it being very loud and i couldn’t sleep *it did not have an outside cocktail bar like in the description , actually the hotel isn’t as described on booking It was a total waste of 2300 euros and I don’t recommend it .
