A very clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Personal an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück und die Dame, die unser Zimmer reinigte, waren ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, Sonderwünsche, wie z.B. Hafermilch und ein weichgekochtes Ei wurden sofort erfüllt!
Das Zimmer im 4. Stock mit Seeblick war sehr schön und der Ausblick gigantisch.
Am 1. Tag hatten wir ein Zimmer im 2. Stock mit sehr harten Matratzen und einem winzigen Badezimmer. Als wir auf die Frage, wie die 1. Nacht war, erklärt hatten, dass wir gar nicht schlafen konnten und das Bad einfach viel zu klein sei, wurde uns sofort das Zimmer im 4. Stock angeboten, das gerade frei wurde. Leider war das Bett für meinen Mann dann etwas zu weich, für mich war es in Ordnung. Alles im Allem haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt!!! Vielen Dank!
Die Matratzen in den Betten sind leider gar nicht gut. Die neuen Matratzen im 1. Zimmer viel zu hart und die alten Matratzen im 2. Zimmer schon etwas durchgelegen.
Vielleicht sollte hier noch in gute Matratzen investiert werden, dann wäre es perfekt. :)

Breakfast isn't great ( but hey, it's included into the price). Furniture was old and slightly damaged in some parts, but still fully functional.

This is a fantastic hotel. Friendly staff and immaculately clean. We had a massive balcony overlooking lake. Great breakfast. Cannot fault this hotel.

Arrived early so had no problem parking, but I noticed people arriving later seemed to struggle?

Our room was located to the side of the hotel with a south westerly view across Lake Maggiore, absolutely stunning. The breakfast was continental style with a wide selection to choose from and to suit every taste - I loved it. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is around a 20 minute walk from Stresa town centre however it was a pleasure to walk to take in the views of the lake all the way in.

Breakfast was hearty and delicious with many selections. Loved that it was served earlier - perfect for those who wanted to do the Borromean islands at 9 am.
This hotel is in Carciano, about a 15 minute beautiful walk by the lake to Stresa. One can take the ferry to the Borromean islands from here, just a 4 minute walk from the hotel. The views in our 3rd floor room facing the lake were fantastic, especially when in its balcony.
Comfortable accommodation with million dollar views.
The reception and common areas are updated and inviting. The room, however, can use some updating with change in curtains, bedspread and furniture. Other than these, the hotel is excellent.

Of all the hotels we stayed at Flora had the best planned rules to make the guests save for covid.
Lines in door/ lobby and very good save breakfast area. In breakfast area you musst use gloves so you didn´t have to touch anything and marked tables.
The staff was helpful and the hotel was clean.

Nice and clean room with modern bathroom and great view over the lake. Lovely and clean pool and a bar to get drinks at.
The room walls are relatively thin, meaning the shower etc from the neighboring rooms are quite noticeable.

Finding parking space can be tough, especially with a bigger car.

Great location, nice balcony and a lovely lake view from the top floor. Very friendly and helpful staff - reception, restaurant team and cleaners. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Nice swimming pool for a cool-down dip.
It was slightly noisy in the morning with doors opening/closing, cleaners starting early, and the lift near our room. But not enough to put us off or not recommend. It is still a great hotel option when staying in Stresa.
