there isn’t much in the area for food, and the bed was a bit stiff, ferries are a couple km away.

Great view of lake Como and the mountains! There was a really cute area outside with lots of plants to have a drink or spend some time in the open.

It’s located right next to a busy road and the traffic disturbed our sleep. The furniture was old and a bit damaged, but it didn’t affect the use.

The view from our room was amazing. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would certainly stay here again.

The hotel is located on the road and with more of a motel. The bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. The view was of the lake and was great. Breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty. The cappuccino was great. The heating was strong and the room was warm. The parking lot was big enough and free next to the hotel. There was no food in the restaurant and we were directed to a pizzeria for dinner.

The bathroom had no door but a partition and was not very hygienic. Despite the blinds, the windows did not provide good insulation and it was extremely noisy because of the road. However, they had left us earplugs so we could sleep, which was nice. I didn't like that the restaurant didn't serve food, only drinks and in the evening the locals would gather to drink and play slot machines. It was noisy.

Problems with wifi.

My second stay at the place and I am more satisfied with this time than last time. I had the room with the lake view so it was fantastic. The facility inside is good and meet my expectation, for what I paid. Location is good and not much to complain about.

The room was a bit cold for winter stay. The floor is super icy cold to walk around. Air conditioner is a bit old and needs some change soon in the future, I guess. Breakfast was not much. I had better breakfast last time.

We are very satisfied with this hotel, we booked a room with share bathroom because we are only stayed for one night, but we got a free upgrade to apartment with kitchen, private bathroom and a spectacular view for a lake.

The road outside is very busy and makes it difficult to join the road.

The property had an excellent view of the lake.

the view was amazing. the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. very close to the bus route which allows for travelling Como with ease. we also loved the soap which was less harmful to be produced for the environment.

the bed was quite firm, other than that everything was Amazing.

Beautiful location with balconies over looking the lake. Clean up to date rooms with very helpful staff, comfortable rooms and excellent bathrooms.

The location is very remote and difficult to get around without a car. The bus stop is right outside but busses are once per hour and that too delayed at times and very heavily loaded with passengers. Laglio is basically in the middle of nowhere. The scenic beauty is unparalleled but access to bigger towns and amenities like Como etc is limited without a car..
