The facility, location and the staff

Location was good. Shower and the heating system was good.

There was no wifi in the room, you have to go to the lobby and use the internet overthere. The detail is that your room was like 10 meters away from there... it would be simple to solve this(this was bizarre if you think on how much cost the nightthere). Breakfast was just ok, really simple, same options literally everyday(we stayed for 6 nights) , the breakfast starts late at 8AM and you miss it sometimes because the trip`s pickups come earlier. We stayed in 3 diferent hotels in san pedro. This was the worst one. No mini fridge in the room. Old pillows which gave us both stiff necks at some nights. They charged 5.000 pessos for soluble coffee which is ridiculous and they didnt even said that it would be charged. You can get better hotels paying the price they charge(there is one better at the same street that we stayed in for 1 night).

the room was really comfortable and the overall atmosphere relaxing and pleasant, I appreciated the local architecture of the room pavilions made with earth. the breakfast was really good and the location more than comfortable, next to the city center but right outside the noise and most crowded area.

the wardrobe was really small but we had an extra bed so that wasn't really a problem. the door separating the toilet from the rest of the bathroom looked a bit cheap compared to the rest of the room which instead was really nice, a small detail that I would suggest to improve!

Location very good. Lovely accommodation and places to rest and relax around the grounds. Good breakfast.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Outdoor temperatures were colder than normal so, without being asked, the staff provided a space heater in the room and lit the pilot light for us.

The shower was adequate and nicely designed, but there wasn't enough hot water.

No internet in the bedrooms. But OK in common areas.

The hotel is very nice, especially the pool and lobby area. The rooms are decent.

We had a special request prior to our arrival that the property never responded to. The mattresses were very soft and not that comfortable and there is no WiFi in the rooms. Most other places offer to provide a breakfast box when guests leave before the official breakfast times. This hotel didn’t.

No wifi in the room, no glasses or something to drink from or make a tea/ coffee in the room. Also you need to ask for the hairdryer and iron from the reception as the lighting goes off and on quite often. Also we wanted to extend for one more night and we were surprised that needed to pay a higher rate which was almost the same as 2 nights- not justifiable at all.
