Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Es gab keinen Ventilator im Zimmer. Ansonsten habe ich alles bekommen/gefunden, was ich gebraucht habe.

The beds are very nice, the location and breakfast

Acoustic isolation is not good, needs to be improved.

The housekeepers were wonderful, friendly, efficient!

We used the laundry service and they were very dishonest and ripped us off charging us an exuberant amount, I felt that the older man that works there took advantage of the fact we were from the USA, even though we spoke Portuguese. We could have bought new clothes for the price he changed. He was very evasive about the price, when we asked about it, saying it depends, one underwear may cost this much, and in the end it was R$800.

The place is great, the building is beautiful. Staffs were kind and the check-in was quick. The breakfast was very tasty with a lot of options and you can self-service in your own way. The location is very good, you can enjoy the city if weren't in business things like me.

For the price I was expecting more comfort and more facilities, I made some food delivery requests when the food arrived at the hotel the staff called me to go to grab it, but no kind of service to bring to you the food. The air conditioning was a bit noisy and made us a bit frustrated to sleep during the night. But this is just feedback to the hotel, the other services were amazing.

The hotel was well located, with a park and restaurants nearby.

The room did not have a hairdryer. There were only 2 available at the reception in which were not available for hours.

Don't have a pool

Our flight arrived at 1:30 AM, it is located about 10 Km from the airport. We just wanted to stay for one night, before traveling further the next day. Clean, comfortable, no outside noise, nice breakfast. What else did we need?
