The location was ideal for direct piste access and the staff were friendly and very accommodating.

We booked the room very late so could only get a road view room but we found it quite small and a little claustrophobic. The beds were clean and the linen was good quality but we found them a bit small and low to the ground.

Valérie and her team were friendly and helpful, we were very happy to be upgraded to a south facing room. The hotel is right next to the ski piste, and close to all commerce and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent.

Location top, direct at the slope, skiing from and to your hotel! Great breakfast with everything you wish in a very cosy (Austrian setting) restaurant/bar with beautiful view on the mountains. Very nice lady owner and staff! Modern bathroom and spacious closet. You can walk to the shops and most of the restaurants through a long intern hallway on your normal shoes!

Rooms are simple but ok, only the water of the modern shower cabine comes into the bathroom sadly enough :) Coffee/tea making facilities in the room would be nice.

Booking.com advises that the hotel has a sauna, which it does not. Given that this was one of the main attractions for the hotel after a hard days skiing, it was very disappointing.

Very friendly helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
