Lovely hotel with very nice staff and a brilliant pool

Beautiful charming hotel with a fabulous pool and garden area. Great location too. The breakfast was very good with extra options available. Our room was great but try and get one with a balcony or terrace, they look fantastic!

Nothing - only thing to note is there is no restaurant but plenty of places to eat nearby

Charming hotel in Antibes area, less than 10 min walk from the beach, town center and train station. Tons of restaurants around. Private parking is a huge plus if traveling by car. Grounds are very beautiful, delicious breakfast and service at hotel top notch. Rooms are spotless clean! The best place to stay in Juan les Pins! We really enjoyed our stay !

The bathroom door in our room was too close to the night stand and it was uncomfortable to walk in/out bathroom. Lots of mosquitoes in evening near pool area, maybe some treatment can be done to improve.

The location is walking distance to the beach. The grounds are lovely. The staff is friendly (minus the owner)

It breaks my heart to give a bad review to this place we have been coming to for 20 years, but the new owner was exceptionally and unbelievably rude. I can tolerate uptight people in general, but this woman was beyond. She humilated me and my family in front of all the guests at the pool. I was in tears as she berated me in front of my family and all the hotel guests. Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate.

It is a really nice place with a beautiful breakfast!

The beautiful gardens, palm trees, pool area, and outside patio were a welcoming oasis in the middle of a small city. The receptionist was very helpful and charming and gave us good advice. Our room was clean and well-appointed and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. The free on-site parking was also much appreciated

We stayed on the third floor and there was no elevator. I should have done my homework better, but then we would not have experienced this charming hotel. We had help carrying our bags up at check-in, but there was no one available during our early morning check-out.

Optional breakfast consisted of croissant, pain au chocolate, baguette and tea/coffee/juice for 10 Euros per person, served on the terrace in fine weather. Bedding and towels changed very frequently. Both reception and housekeeping team were super friendly and helpful. Hotel itself full of character and charm. Very comfortable large bed. Room overlooked beautiful gardens, terrace and pool. Reasonable prices at hotel bar.

Perhaps offer some variety with the optional bread-based breakfasts - fruit and yogurts maybe.

This hotel exceeded my expectations - yes it is a bit tired as several have pointed out - the carpet looked very old but that was part of the charm for me - i felt it was homely and old school - but yet had all the facilities you need - a combo you will find hard to get in that area . but if you like your luxury and sleek modern then this is not for you . My room was spotless and plenty big with an amazing terrace looking out over the pool. It was one of the few terraces I have been which has comfortable furniture - you could sit there all day with a drink and read a book .. parasol to block sun . The pool is exceptional - many beds and water chairs . water is crystal and spotless among pine trees .. gardens light up at night. The room had an excellent fridge which looked new . The hotel has a full bar and prices are reasonable. Nice area outdoors to have a drink. I don't understand some of the complaints rebreakfast .. typical french breakfast of fresh croissants etc with very good coffee and orange juice 10 euro .. extras such as eggs are extra prices are clearly displayed.

The location is about 10 minutes walk from beach - maybe a little less but in very hot weather every minute counts. however there is the pool to cool off in on arrival. Bathroom was a bit poky and old fashioned but spotless and every thing worked.

reception staff rude and wasn’t keen on visitors using the room toilet. breakfast is over priced for what you get.
