Located in an apt place.. Ease access of public transports like city Bus, Taxi and Auto.. Several restaurants located near By. Great service. Cooperative Hotel Staff. Morning break fast and room services are good. Tea makers in room. Running Hot water.

Need Sugar Free in Tea maker. Foods are little expensive.

1.0 Bed white Blankets were yellowish in color where it seems to be not washed/maintained properly. 2.0 No tissue papers 3.0 Toilets were not in good condition, seems to be Railway/Bus stand public toilets. 4.0 Towels were brown in color, which seems to be very old and not changed long time. 5.0 TV was in such a position not able to walk between the bed and TV.

Location staff behaviour and cleanliness

Restaurant is not having sufficient ala carte menu. Rooms ,Beds and bathroom are very small as compared to price .They refer it for double occupancy but it's not for double. Any of the rooms can accommodate single person comfortable. I booked the largest room even it doesn't fit for two. I think footfall of customer is only because of its location.

The check in process and helpfulness of staffs are super like.

The room was very clumsy. AC was not working. The bath towels were dirty. The sofa near to the bed was too dirty to use. The bathroom was not cleaned properly..

Found the location to be good. Like the location. Quiet and well maintained. Very helpful and polite staff. Had a problem with billing and they cleared it up with minimal fuss. I watched them handling a group of people who had brought food from outside into the restaurant and wanted plates to have it there. They were politely told that outside food was not permitted in the restaurant. However, they could have it in their room and the floor manager made arrangements for the food to be served on proper plates in their room. What impressed me is the quiet way it was handled in a way that did not break rules but at the same time it did not spoil the mood of the guests.

Would have liked to have a change in menu, especially breakfast menu. When one is staying there for more than three days, the b'fast menu starts getting boring.

Rooms are just like Oyo rooms.

No internet. I repeatedly asked for help which came - but a few minutes later I was disconnected again. It was a bore as I had work meetings to attend online and had to revert to hotspot

Long queue for check in and only one person was there we waited for 50 mins. All service was very very bad. never ever expect from ginger such kind of services. Services men are not well mature to handle the customer. no care about customer. never recommend to stay here.

The room was comfortable

We were given a room which was already used. On complaining the staff did change it. The room had cockroaches. The room was small. In the description it was mentioned that there is a bathtub but the hotel denied and did not provide the facility. The hotel didn't accommodate my special checkout request as I checked in very late. The staff at reception was confusing. 1st they told one thing about the rates then the next day they denied and told something else.
