The location of the Hotel was very central. Breakfast was fine, buffet style with a mixture of Moroccan pastries/cakes/pancakes, fresh omelette and cereal.

Our room had a strange smell and there was mould covering the ceiling of our bathroom. Disappointed with the orange juice and coffee. The hammam in the hotel was closed which was a pity. The staff at reception were not great at helping us with questions we had regarding local transport services.

Large rooms. Breakfast was ok. Hot water for drinks and tasty omelette.

The staff is weird. They push you to book a taxi with them for the same price you pay with a normal taxi. In addition, they asked me twice for the city taxes when those had been already paid when I arrived at the hotel. No communication between them and i had to wait there nearly 10 minutes (I was heading to the airport) while they were checking the cameras.

The breakfast was good, could have done with some more hot food, particularly in cold weather. The place is quite lovely, with amazing tiles and banquets. The staff were very pleasant.The trip to the mosque was amazing, don't miss it.

The place could with a through clean, tbe chandeliers would be lovely if cleaned. We went on a tour organized by the hotel, it was supposed to be 5hrs, but it ended up being 3and 1/2 hrs. Never the less I would recommend this hotel, room 63 is very quiet.

I would not recommend the breakfast since there are many better options in the city for the same, if not a lower, price. Bathroom amenities are what you would expect for 40 USD a night, the shower faucet fixture broke a few times but the shower was still functional.

Great hotel in Casablanca centre. The staff (especially the old guy in the hall) is super nice. The room is tidy, clean and spacious. Great breakfast too.

The style and decor of the hotel was authentic Moroccan which had a great feel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, it appeared to have double glazing on the windows to cut down the outside noise, and the wifi worked on most floors. It was quite central to most sites, transport, supermarkets and dining. It was the best accommodation I stayed at in Morocco and it was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this hotel.

I would love to have had a kettle in the room.

Good location, close to CTM which we needed in the morning to continue our journey

Some things did not work (lighting) but was fixed immediately by the friendly staff. Towels were not the cleanest and only got one big towel for two people. But overall it was very much ok for a one-night-stay!

The staff who was always smiling, the rooms, the location, the price and breakfast. Specially the man in the reception Friday evening, who took care of my daughter when she had fallen and was bleeding. The ‘old’ man who was walking with us to nearby cafeteria, and ran to the next cafeteria to buy pastries for us (the choosen one didn’t have any). And they ran also outside one evening when we asked to tea - and brought it to us. They did everything for us!

The location is great. The staff is helpful and friendly. Clean room. Excellent price.
