I liked everything

The locationis awesome. There are different restaurants nearby for breakfast.

The location. It is near the airport.

The pool is too small and our room had a little ocean view .. in spite the hotel was not full.. it was low season and I am sure many rooms were not booked.

I enjoyed the Area and the room was just prefect for me, and the staff was very pleasant.

I could not visit the pool because of the privacy needed to be fenced off from the Restaurant.

Room was clean and the staff is very friendly, supervisor very pleasant and welcoming

The pool privacy did not like the idea that the restaurant guess can view the pool openly.

Property was tired and run down. Rooms were old. Location was next to a Burger King.

The view and the spa

The fiberglass around the pool ( itched my skin really bad) and some lack of information given when asking about reservation at the hotel before reserving. Also no breakfast served at the property ( must leave the hotel room to get it if not in the cooking mood in the room)

Room is … at the most .. OK. Service terrible. Price/quality …. bad. “We do not clean every day ..” New towels … that s it. Pricing as If it is a 5 star hotel. it isn’t .. at all.

The location and the size of the room.

The pool was cold and needed a little bit of repair..hard for guests to get in and out of. Had to beg for washcloths..only had 2 for 4 guests in the room..it was a daily issue to get 1 per person

it was fair , the otter look of the hotel was nice but inside it was a lil outdated .

Really well equipped apartment and provided basic cleaning items for dishwasher ; great access to beach and plenty of local restaurants and grocery shops

The area was great. The staff was very friendly and assisted very well in a timely manner.

The moving from one room to another facility should be well checked before arrival.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Atrium, perfect location, right on a beautiful beach and within easy access to explore the island. The 2 bed apartment was huge, amazing 180 degree views of the beach, has everything you need and more. We will definitely be back.
