Местоположението на хотела е отлично, направо на плажа! Препоръчвам обаче, ако го посещавате, предварително да си резервирате стая на втори етаж! Ние бяхме на първия, или по - скоро приземния етаж, който е частично вкопан в земята и това създава малко неприятно усещане и морето и плажа почти не се виждат! Освен това миризмата на канал в банята беше потресаваща!
Бийч бара е страхотен и обслужването на плажа е на топ ниво!
Не ми хареса миризмата на канал в банята, затова препоръчвам да изберете стая на втори етаж! Освен това долу много се чува суркането на столовете от горния етаж и плъзгането на комарниците! Друго нещо което за мен е недопустимо, че камериерката точно в 15.00 ч. по обяд реши да ни събуди, за да чисти стаята!!! Та ние сме на почивка!!! Може ли точно по обяд, когато хората си почиват, тя да блъска с тази прахосмукачка и да смущава гостите! За мен е недопустимо!!! На всичко отгоре на следващия ден, когато дойде да почисти сутринта, а ние излязохме, когато се върнахме вратата на стаята беше отворена и всеки можеше да влезе необезпокояван! Все пак стаята е на приземния етаж! Би трябвало да се следи повече за конфиденциалността на гостите! Считам, че собствениците трябва да обърнат внимание на персонала за това!

It is our favorite place, starting each season with it and turning back there again and again :) I love everything in the Villa. The location is best, the staff is very helpful and polite, the accommodation is very comfortable and it is worth the money.

The location is amazing, you are right at the beach where they keep a place for you with comfy beach beds and umbrella. The facilities are new, the yard is exceptionally clean and well organized, you can spend time with friends and family there. The room was cleaned every day and the overall service is great.

Location is great (private beach is across the road, much better than the public one), quiet place since it's not in the centre...
It felt like home, we are sure that we will visit this villa again! It was great for travelling with the baby.
The storage space in the room is very limited, we couldn't unpack and kept majority of things in the bags.
Also, the kitchen is very small for food preparation but it is well equipped; there is no breakfast but you can order some basics e.g. a sandwich from the beach bar and there is a nice restaurant next to the villa.
On some days there were people on the beach outside of hotel so it was crowded, but still, there is always space on the beach which is great, you don't need to get up really early in order to take sunbed.

Great location on the beach, really friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms. Can't ask for much more for total relaxation! The beach bar just outside of the hotel is great, the beach is clean, beautiful and calm. Not overcrowded at all.

Great location, steps from the beach. Clean and beautiful grounds. Housekeeping service was excellent. Quiet and relaxing. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom.
Small closet. They charge 2 euros per coffee capsule. For the price we paid, coffee and even breakfast should be included. Long wait to check in. We were told at 10 am that they will give us a priority, but our room wasn’t ready until 15:10. We understand Saturdays are busy, but don’t make promises you can’t keep.

Staff was super helpful with insights about the nearby locations, places to get supplies and all the other necessities.
Lisa at the beach bar was exceptional, always happy to greet us and make our stay a very pleasant one. The place is really family oriented and does take any precautions considering children are often staying there.
Located 5 minutes away from the highway it is easy to go places nearby (i.e., the waterpark in Thessaloniki).
Dimitris will take care of all your concerns, always with a big smile which drives you fast-forward into the vacation mood.
