I really like the location very close to the sea, the big room beds was comforable,balkone , the swimming pool , The people who work there were so nice and polite

The food wasn't that good , most of the time we eated outside , bathroom is small and when we got showered the bathroom was drowning 🥺 and was little hard later to go to the toilets , The employes need to speak english , was a little hard to contact with them , but they are polite and nice

The gentleman who works nights behind the desk was a lovely man, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Everything. This accommodation shouldn’t be offered to English people as the treatment is so bad And they are even made to wear different coloured bands. The food is very limited and you have no idea what it is as there are no labels. The food is all Turkish which is fair enough but when I asked if there was any English food or alternative I was told to go to the restaurant down the road. This was after I had paid for full board. The hotel is predominantly happy to serve Turkish guests and it is 98% Turkish which we didn’t have a problem with. We were intimidated and made to feel like we should not be there. The place is falling apart dangerous and dirty. I ate on the first day and then was violently ill for two days following. I spend the whole week eating out and sitting at the bar next door as it’s lovely and has a quiet pool. The hotel staff are all children and I caught them eating food off the trolley and arranging the food after taking out the bins. Their is no hygiene or awareness of food contamination and almost every time u went to walk to the broken glass stairs they had thrown buckets of water on the floor. The hotel was hell I was red a refund after one day but I was refused. The woman on front desk was evil I have never met anyone so rude and vile in my life. The best thing you can do if you want to enjoy time away is avoid this place like the plague. The locals even know it and say it’s rubbish The elit hotel over the road is a million times better if you want a hotel.

The hotel was very pleasant, as I was a woman traveling on my own, I felt very comfortable staying there. It wasn't many choices of food but sometimes less is more as the quality was good. The lady at the reception, Mahiye Telli was helpful and friendly. So I appreciate her professionalism.

The staff was friendly and the food was good. I did have a good relaxing holiday... I will comeback.

Room card needed updating everyday. Staff didnt speak any English . rooms very small. Best rooms saved for the turkisk. Breakfast was cold

although the foid was lovely there was not much choice with breakfast

the location was great the staff was first class and always smiling good value for money .
