Hinta oli kohdallaan. Rauhallinen hotelli.
Ei säädettävää ilmastointia vaikka se oli huonevalinnan kriteeri. Aamupalalla voisi olla hedelmiä.

Hyvä sijainti retkeilyä ajatellen. Hintaan nähden huone ihan ok. Huoneessa vedenkeitin, mikä oli kiva. Perusaamiainen.

Facilities were excellent, free sauna, super clean and staff very helpful and knowledgeable. -27° outside so continued to watch Northern Lights from my bedroom when I came back in to defrost. Location excellent for x- country skiing - nothing but wonderful fells and nature for miles. Good bus connections to airport and nearest settlements incl Saariselka.

Clean rooms, it has all the facilities you need, quiet hotel. Breakfast buffet is included. The location is very good, it’s in the middle of nature with direct access to walking/ski paths and is dark at night.
Very good value for the price.
They have a smoke sauna but is very packed so unless you book it in advance there are no slots available.

everything was perfect for me- a solo traveler. the location was great right near great trails and I could see the Aurora at night from my room. great facilities.

- Many sport opportunities thanks to the great national park and their offers
- Maintenance of the sport gear and the tracks (skiing and biking) is great!
- Good service, staff knows everything about the tracks, their condition and huts along the way, where you can warm up
- Good restaurant and café offers and a minimarket
- Electrical sauna and pond for swimming in the ice water included
- Good bus connections to Saariselkä and the airport
- Common areas to hang out

Loved the remote location and the relaxed atmosphere. Helpful staff both in reception and ski hire. Excellent food and great packed breakfast for early, morning flight.
Shame the fire was out of action in the lounge and the lounge was a bit dark. We had been looking forward to relaxing there with books. More comfy chairs and less tables..

Smoke sauna cannot accommodate the number of guest demand. Demeanor/attitude of the ladies at the front desk.

The hotel is wonderful, in a neat position; right at the border of the national park, so you can rent the equipment (we rented snowshoes) and start your day with a great outdoor activity. In the evening, do not miss the ice pool (yes you can swim in ice) followed by the amazing sauna.
We were also satisfied by our dinner and lunch (we loved reindeer meat and the salmon soup). It is great!

The quiet and the fact that there were no crowds. The limited numbers at Kiilopaa is a definite plus! Also, the guides were very good.
The pillows were not comfortable at all. Small, flat and not feathers! So I did not sleep well, although the bed itself was good.

I could see aurora at the hotel around midnight
Breakfast and dinner buffet was far from ok. There were only few menus and not much for the price

We loved the clean comfortable rooms and being able to walk out the door of our room to the national park. Rentals were easily available for cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and snow biking. Breakfast was varied and lovely. Truly magical trip!

Location was excellent. Easy access from the airport. Ski treks start at the doorstep.
Food tasteless, except salmon soup. In 3 days not once seen room service - no emptied trash bins or changed towels. On check-out tried to charge 100€ more than the actual price.
