The hotel was in a good position near the airport, staff specially the receptionists were supper nice , very clean rooms and great room service. Highly recommended
My room was non smoking room, but there was smoke smell in the core of the room. But again , that didn't take away my good experience in your hotel

Clean and comfortable room with good shower pressure. It was close to the Kayseri train station so a good option to use when you have a late night arrival.

Hotel is well placed in the city center. The breakfast is served in bufet style. The hotel is also very clean, safe and quiet. İt has also the best Wi-Fi İ had experienced in my travelling.

Great breakfast. Large variety of food. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.
Location is near train station and commercial area, but shops nearby is mostly geared towards industrial goods. Quiet and dark neighbourhood at night. But room is still noisy cause it is beside a major expressway.

in the neighbourhood there are dogs barking 24/7 and the highway noise but at midnight it is not too bad.

it was very good value for money with a good breakfast
smelt of cigarette smoke and very bad insulation.. we could hear other people flushing the toilet and running the tap. plus noisy neighbours
