The place does not have the luxury we expected based on the pics, but the staff, restaurant (including sunset view), vicinity of medieval Trevi compensates a lot.

I have no doubt that this Albergo is a wonderful spot to stay in Trevi in season, but in early December the staff were not willing to provide much of a guest experience. We left after our first sleepless night and attempt at eating in the restaurant. The hotel appeared largely empty, but the room in which we were placed, 6, was above the kitchen and below an apartment with very little soundproofing. Shoes clacking back and forth kept us up until 1AM. The receptionist told us to please seat ourselves in the (empty) restaurant for dinner, but after being brought a water we waited ten minutes to order until we got up, rounded the corner, and found the server on her cell phone. We decided to eat elsewhere. Upon being informed that we would be leaving the following morning to seek other accommodations, the receptionist’s only comment was that we would be charged for all three nights.

Immaculate very nice little hotel in Trevi, with stylish modern bedrooms/bathrooms. Excellent breakfast and very good dinner in the restaurant. The owner was extremely helpful, going well beyond what might be expected. Highly recommended.

Location was perfect. Premises were attractive. Hostess/proprietor was very nice. Price was excellent.

Breakfast was not much. WiFi password should be posted in the room.

The staff went out of their way to help me above and beyond what was expected. I arrived early and checked in before the allocated time without an issue. Lunch was fantastic. Because I was leaving the next day before breakfast was being served they made me a packed breakfast to take with me. Outstanding service 👍🏻
