Good wi-fi connection, hot water, amazing water pressure, new towels most of the time, the fridge and AC worked as intended. The breakfast in the hotel is decent compared to what’s served in the places around.

Very subjective, but mattress was uncomfortable for me. I got only two small bottles of water once at the check-in day and not every day as it usually common everywhere else in hospitality based on my travel experience. The sea-view wasn’t exactly on the sea. However, I could see the sea from the side of my balcony. Overall I think my “sea-view” room was a bit overpriced which was probably due to Bayram days. Nice beautiful beach Cleopatra is 10 min away driving. As far as I understood the cost of sun beds on the beach across the road isn’t fixed. They can announce you any price any day but with the ticket issued by the hotel you can get a discount of 50% for the sun beds and umbrella.

Very careful, attentive staff, amazingly clean rooms, delicious breakfast, actually you can not make your holidays in a better place in the city center. Beautiful beach, breathtaking views from the rooms and from the beach to the wonderful Castle of Alanya, every day amazing: mornings, days, evenings, night views. It’s clearly the best hotel in Alanya, because they care about doing the best of your holidays, no matter what your wishes are, this hotel fulfills them all, since nothing is missing. I had my best holidays in that place these years, and clearly only because of the staff it deserves 5 Stars. Big thanks to Emin, Efe, whole management, kitchen staff, Mustafa bey, Ibrahim, Ali!
