We took our 2 daughters here for my eldest daughter’s 5th birthday and the only thing I would change, is next time I would stay for more days. We didn’t want to leave

The ONLY thing was the 10am check out, BUT, it is understandable why they do this for new arrivals.

Wonderful things to keep kids busy, quiet location. The accommodation was very clean. Great food within walking distance, restaurants of all cusines pretty much at your door step. Beach short stroll. Will definitely stay again. Thank you 😊 🙏

Not property fault, night roadworks were happening. Very loud jack hammering of road thru out the night.

NBHV like to give their guests a warm welcome and make you feel relaxed straight away. I arrived early and could check in - was upgraded - all for no extra charge - I felt very special - thank you Bailee :-) This is a great place to ‘chill’ and very handy location. It was amazing how quiet my cabin was as there was a soundproof wall near the main road. I would recommend anyone come and stay at NBHV.

My cabin was awesome but had a ‘stale cigarette’ smell in lounge area but was not really a problem as I opened the windows.

Thank you so much to the staff who listened to my concerns and upgraded us to a wonderful villa with no fuss and no additional cost. it turned our holiday into an exceptional experience and I was so impressed

The villa was lovely no complaints. The basic studio we originally booked wasn’t worth the price and that would have been quite disappointing but the staff looked after us so well.

The waterslide was a big hit with our oldest kid. We loved the daily kid activities held each day. Within walking distance to the markets. Loved having a sliding window from kitchen directly onto the Bbq which made cooking a breeze. Loved waking up and having breakfast outside on the balcony with the family.

On the first night we had very noisy neighbours who kept talking loudly til early hours. The campers all seemed to be very close together with very little room in between. The oven doesn't work without staff which took ages to get someone to come out there. The kids activities in the common room like movie nights never happened as the kids there just kept watching whatever they were watching and no staff came to put the movie on. Fan a bit noisy in the bedrooms which become hot in summer. Left ac on in the living area sometimes overnight but the cool temp never seemed to reach our bedrooms esp as we had doors a bit ajar only.

What a well-run place with amazing staff! They kindly upgraded us to a cabin too, right by the pool which was lovely and super comfortable. The slide was fun and the pool was actually really accessible - I had expected it to be overrun with kids all day long but I got some quiet moments in to do laps. Felt very secure. Perfect base for doing all Gold Coast activities.

We had a couple of small issues with the property but reception had them sorted within minutes. The reception staff are amazing and could not have been more helpful.

When I use the toilet and the shower the water is very loud. Hair dryers should not be placed under the sink

waterslide was a hit with the kids. villas seemed new so clean and fresh. Queen bed was very comfy!

the smoking! People just ignored the no smoking signs, smoked on their balconies which made it unpleasant. also, we booked a deluxe poolside villa and 5B is not poolside! we queried it and staff said the map was wrong… see photo

The cabins and BBQ setup were great and the live band was unexpected but a great vibe to sit down, chill out and have a drink while the kids played.

The pool chairs ain't that comfy could do with a few coushions, kids avents could run a little longer other wise good and also the shop could be open longer as well as it shuts right on dinner time so if need any thing u gotta go to shop to grad
