The rooms were perfect for two people. The bathrooms and showers were great, as well as the AC! The buffet breakfast was wonderful with homemade cakes. The staff was very helpful in arranging transportation and giving suggestions. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the rooftop balcony and whirlpool during our stay.

Breakfast was good and tasty. Roberto in reseption was best. Also other staff were nice.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They offered us a warm welcome, showed a map of the city, and pointed to local restaurants and points of interest. They made it feel like we were special guests. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, as all Italian food should be. The cornetos and bombolonis are incredible and their selection of cold cuts are fresh and tasty. The location is perfect. Close to everything, right by the lake, not too close to the bustling of the historic center, not too far from it either. Walking distance to groceries stores, restaurants, and amenities.

Nothing!! was to stay 2 nights but moved out after 1. Very disappointing...photos are misleading...Needs painted & revamped. Everywhere stinks of air freshener- very overpowering...In the lift - in the wardrobes etc!! 😟 the man on reception wasn't pleasant & the girls at breakfast also unpleasant - sprayed tables to clean them misting our table with the spray. Breakfast included means you pay extra for orange juice etc ( the things you normally have are not free)

Was a special occasion and it definitely didn't tick any of the boxes like I thought from photos. Very noisy area the room faces onto Lake but opposite there is workshops or something with loud noises from early morning. Not peaceful 😌

it was clean and comfortable. the staff were all very helpful giving some great local advice. the hotel is only 7-8 minutes walk from the town centre.

We upgraded to a room with a terrace, magnificent view, but not worth the additional cost. Staff was great, breakfast in the solarium was wonderful.

Just the cost, all hotels in Europe are now gouging because if two years of reduced revenue. Staying at 3 stars is no longer a great value. Yet, we come back!

Not far from the train station, town centre and bike rental. Breakfast pastries were good. The rooftop terrace was good - a great sun spot. Could order drinks to the rooftop which was nice. Very informative reception with suggestions of where to visit. We also got good recommendations of places to eat. The room and balcony were nice.

Maybe a little overpriced but that’s the region. Could maybe suggest offering some free water for guests on arrival as we were very warm.

Nice roof-terrace and okey standard in the room. Good location, close to both beach and city center.

One of the ladies in reception, as well as a lady in the bar was very unfriendly and not service minded at all, they wanted to have 10 euro for Ice and would not let you borrow any glasses. You had to drink from tiny plastic cups if you wanted to have a drink in your room. Hairdryer was very old and bad, not usable.

We had two Panorama rooms, overstated title they had balconies looking at the river on the First floor beside noisy road and noisy boat builders. 1 room air con didn’t work and terrible on the other. Shower flooded plug blocked. Room smelt. Couldn’t open the doors at night as too noisy. Offer to have air con looked at @ 5pm on a Friday. So too bad if not fixed for weekend with 30+ temps. Breakfast poor. We elected to move. There are so many nicer hotels than this one. I’m still wondering about the good reviews on here about this hotel maybe they got mixed up with another hotel. We were given a very poor refund for the inconvenience we had and day lost looking and moving to other accommodation. My advice stay elsewhere. To add a postsript: I was never rude - in fact my conversation with the lady on reception were friendly, as I felt no need tobe rude as the staff were all lovely. The response below describes us as dishonest - eveerything we have said was completely true. The response below describes us a blackmailers - we did not EVER threaten them with a bad review. We did however press for being charged a bit less than Euros 1,000. Not, I felt, unreasonable but that is a matter of opinion. The review we gave was only put up as a result of their lack of response to us which does not make it dishonest or blackmail. I just rang the hotel and the lady on reception was at first frosty but soon started shouting at me, telling that she would NOT withdraw the accusation that we were dishonest blackmailers and if I wished to take it further I should get a lawyer. It is odd that the Hotel we moved to (which was properly functional) we had a fabulous relationship with staff and manager ( we met the owner who was charming) and we left a great review. Maybe we simply don't accept the unacceptable? So that's our story as we experienced it. Our experience having left the Hotel and trying to get at least these accusations retracted has been awful.

What a great hotel! We loved it. The manager was excellent, delicious breakfast, perfect location a short walk from the city, train station and bus stop if you are on foot like we were. Our room was clean and smart, we loved our balcony, and it had every amenity required.

Only small thing I would change would be the hairdryer.
