The location was really great! We always walked to the center of Saint Tropez.
The room was great, very confortable and spacious.
The house was really cool with a beautiful garden. Be aware that there are dogs, for someone that is afraid be cautious.
Really enjoyed the breakfast as well :)
The owner doesn't speak english and you need to use google translate to be able to communicate (unless you speak french), she is really nice, but gets a little frustrated by the language barrier. Please be patient :)

The pool is so beautiful, the house so lovely and the breakfast delish, especially the fresh baguette.

Breakfest is continental/simple but sufficient.
Again, beautiful interiors, nicely decorated with lots of artistic details.
Host is friendly and helpful as much as you can comunicate. Lady is not speaking English at all.
However, lot of things were made clear in the advertisement and averithing else is very successfully communicated through Booking site with very usefully Booking's translator!

The breakfast was average, with not a lot of choice. No fresh fruit for example. The service was prompt and breakfast room pleasant.
The bathroom facilities were dissappointing. The shower had a hand held shower head which was angled oddly which was tricky with the water direction. The plumbing in the toilet was slow to allow the water dissappear in the WC. The towels were almost threadbare! As well , when it came to check out, there were no card facilities to complete the balance of what I owed. I rarely carry cash so I had to do a bank transfer on my PC (a bit inconvenient). There should be something on the website to say this is the case so people can be prepared.

A lovely old property with a nice big dining room and a nice swimming pool. Room was a good size and clean.
It was difficult to communicate as none of the staff spoke English so we didn't receive any information upon arrival. The property is a good 20 minute walk into the town centre and the property is close to the main road into the town so was rather noisy all day and night. They also need to replace the pillows for thicker ones as they were so thin!

it was slightly far away if you don’t have a scooter or car; a bit more flexibility and better communication with host is desirable as we didn’t know until checkout that payment by credit card wasn’t permitted. other than that a very nice place and decent service from Beatrice .

it was nice a cozy and it is a private villa and the owner lady who runs it and she is very nice and cooperative
the only problem I has she only takes cash money and i didn’t have so, I had to transfer the money to her which is time consuming

Nice secluded property in walled grounds. Pool looked fantastic, wish it was a month later and had the chance to warm up!
Not a great shower - fixed attachment at waist height.
Beatrice was lovely but did not speak a word of English, so understanding check out and breakfast times, payment methods etc difficult. No facility for taking card payment - all bank transfer or cash.

Breakfast was great. the room was not big, but there was a huge bathroom, so I guess it one compensated the other.

Beautiful garden, but not made for comfort of the guests: a table with no chairs, a bench with no table... Quite a small room. No moscito net.

The property is located near downtown St Tropez and easy to access.
It is not a hotel nor an RB&B... the owner rents these villas on Booking.com and the expectation is that you are buying accommodation and comfort as advertised. This is far from reality. The owner asked for payment in advanced and threats with cancelling your booking... she only communicated in French and unless you are checking your e-mail constantly you may find yourself with no accommodation. My flight arrived late into Nice and I arrived late into St Tropez. I wrote a courtesy note to advise of the late arrival Only to be received with harshness and being insulted by a a French-only-speaking young man. I took the room only because I had traveled for 14 hrs. I was negated breakfast even though it was paid and I showed up in time. I’m a world traveler and an easy going person... it is the first time I take a few minutes to write because nobody deserves this kind of treatment when traveling.
