Location was perfect for surrounding beaches and rivers

The view is amazing! The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed eating our meals outside. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner in the 2nd bedroom didn’t work properly. The mattresses and pillows need to be updated.

Tranquility Villa is a wonderful place. sitting in the hills above Port Antonio with a beautiful view. it’s perfect for those who want to experience a slice of traditional Jamaica. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the outdoor areas and pool are perfect for relaxing The staff are wonderful. Dennis is as present and social or as absent as you’d like him to be, which is what you want from an on-site property keeper. He also mixes a delicious fruit smoothie. Shana is a delight. Her cooking is amazing. I went with her to the local market and the fishermen to get local produce for her to prepare. She also takes great care of the house. Charlie, who drives guests of the property, made my visit memorable. He can read what guests are looking for. In my case, it’s the local experience and so he’s made sure I’ve had that in spades. He’s hooked me up with a great Rio Grande river guide, a Blue Mountain coffee farmer, and a waterfall guide at Reach Falls. I can’t wait to return. six out of five stars for Tranquility Villa.

Staff was awesome!

A bit more remotely located than expected.

Beautiful place with an absolutely stunning view from the terrace both towards the carribean sea on one side and the blue mountains on the other. A fresh breeze on the terrace and the refreshing swimming pool made the warmth very bearable. Dennis and Shanna were great hosts preparing excellent food every day with fresh local ingredients and lots of delicious fruits.
