Casa de Sole is located in the hills above the lovely town of Camaiore. It has views out over the valley and to the sea in the distance. It is an easy, scenic drive to both Lucca and Pisa. Roberto clearly has passion for this property that he has built and for the region. He provides suggestions for where to go and what to do and his focus on his guests made for a great stay.

Very local and charming Place. Great host and super recommendations. The House is decorated with many different types of art and has a nice pool area. Very clean and authentic- don’t expect a fancy modern hotel but rustic and charming sorroundings.

We loved this place and everything about it: the peace and quiet, the decks and patios, the surrounding mountains and the starry sky, the bed, the home made breakfast, the small pool, big enough to take a couple of strokes in. The area is well tended to and thoughtfully laid out, loaded with pieces of art. It wouldn't be the same without the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere created by the owner.

It’s like living with a family yet you have your privacy. Very peaceful and quiet . Very good breakfast , lots of choice

The drive up to the house is a little precarious, narrow track with tight bends . I guess that’s the price you pay for peace and tranquility
