Location was great . The owner is lovely even if she does not speak English, she tries her best to help.

We had to sleep with earplugs because of the noise coming from people outside. Probably because our apartment was on the first floor. Equipments are simple for those who like to cook other meals than pasta :)

This may be a budget appartment but it really exceeded our expectations. It was fabulously clean and had everything we needed for a short stay in Sivota. The views from No 3 overlooking the harbour were fabulous. Yes there are quite a few steps from the harbour but that is why you have such a great view, but with easy reach of the shops, bars and tavernas! Would definately stay here again.

Ther drive is very steep and may not be suitable for nervous drivers, but we were fine with it.

location is perfect, stairs down to the waterfront walkway. Coffee shop with excellent coffee and pastries directly below. the apartment is the cleanest we have ever stayed in, absolutely spotless! view over the bay from balcony is great. lots of restaurants within a couple minutes walk and good entertainment watching the boats in the harbour

driveway is steep but our underpowered rental made it up fine. private car park is an asset

The apartment was lovely and spacious with a couple of balconies. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate in a few nights. The bed was so comfy and the fluffy towels were amazing! Great location and very easy to walk into the village. We had a fabulous stay and although only there for 5 nights our bed linen and towels were changed after two which was really lovely. We spent the mornings on the balcony drinking coffee watching the harbour. We were there right at the start of the season so only a couple of places open but great supermarkets within a five minute drive.

The owner is very welcoming and helpful. We had a two bed apartment for three nights. the place is exceptionally clean. the location is ideal for enjoying the broad walk of Syvota. we enjoyed great sleep and facilities at the apartment. would definitely recommend.

Great location being only a 2 minute walk to restaurants of Sivota. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchenette was fully equipped. View from the balcony was lovely and you could watch the boats all day long. A proper apartment not just a room.

Would have liked a duvet for the bed. Driveway was very steep and our (admittedly terrible) hire car struggled to get up it, so we parked in the village car park only a couple of minutes away.

It was quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. Studio was well set out. Plenty of room for us all inside and out on balconies. Views are superb. Super range of places to eat/drink in the harbour. Andreas was really helpful in meeting us on arrival and in printing documents off for us.

We LOVED it but we're all adults and pretty physically able. There are many steps or steep paths to negotiate in order to access accommodation or harbour/tavernas.

Situated in the centre of the lovely village of Sivota. A great view of the harbour but there is a price to pay in the number of steps

Nothing all was good

Fantastic location, great views, very friendly owner. Close to all the facilities needed with ample parking. We really had a fabulous week. The apartment we stayed in would not be suitable for infirm or disabled people because of the number of steps but there were others off the car park that could be accessed relatively easily. Thank you for bringing us fresh figs on the balcony : - ) : - )

Only one minor point and didn’t cause any problems but some of the shower head nozzles were blocked by lime scale. We were told by the residents that the water on the island is very hard. Overall the apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed sheets and towels changed regularly.
