Clean, spacious, parking and lovely staff.

* The room and the property were clean * big enough * staff was friendly/helpful. * breakfast average but it should have better for the Mediterranean country.

* There was a wifi in our room in appearance but in reality there was no. But in the lobby it worked effectively. Maybe it was about location of the room. * Location is a bit far away (20mins to the center). Vercelli is a small city but there is no public transportation from the hotel to center vice versa. There is no taxi but the hotel provides taxi service in 10 euros. * The hotel was under renovation for external facade works. So we couldn’t open the window and sometimes even curtains because of the dust and privacy. * There was a bathtub for shower and it was too high. In the kitchen there were webs in ceiling.

Great value for money, the room was big and the bed quite comfy. The shower pression was great. Also, the hotel's restaurant is really good.

The restaurant didn't have tiramisù, and the location is a bit far, apart from that everything was OK.

The hotel locates in the periferia of Vercelli but in walking distance from railway station - 25 min and city center - 15 min. The room has basic amentities - AC, minibar. The bathroom has bath, bide. The breakfast was basic. The room was calm. The staff was helpful.

The hotel has stange scaffolding appearance. No kettler.

The staff were helpful and organised pizza for delivery (there's no restaurant there or anywhere near!). The rooms are fine. And the breakfast was adequate. Perfectly fine for a one night stopover.

The location isn't great. Be careful of mosqitoes if you sit outside.

Modo is more than a family hotel , kind people , loving people , so much caring , every were you will find love , and respect ,. i will alway stay in Modo , becuase i feel like home and people like my own family , love it
