The hotel is in a central location and has an amazing view. We really enjoyed the spa and the breakfast.

The booking comes with lots of hidden costs. From charging 15€ per day for parking to breakfast, access to sauna, spa treatments - we ended up paying 50% extra. If you want to actually enjoy some wellness, you have to pay extra. Also, it was not communicated that treatments should be booked in advance. As the spa is not exclusively for hotel visitors, we had a hard time booking a free slot.

The bed was amazing, and the room in general is nice with a pretty view over the river. Shower is perfect.

A hotel with such a price point asking 10EUR extra for the sauna and not having free parking are just such sad nuances that stain the otherwise pleasant stay. We were also not properly informed about when the kitchen closes or that on Mondays there is no restaurant in the hotel at all (even if the latter is technically mentioned on the leaflet, we felt that the reception staff could have been more focused and informative about this and in general. The breakfast staff however was extremely nice and welcoming, went above and beyond)

breakfast was okay, staff were really helpful, the room was clean and with an excellent view, location was good and very close to center you just need to cross the bridge and you are in the center of the city-center. the hotel provides a voucher for free transportation to the center. Would be great if include a car park,

The room was modern and spacious. Great comfortable bed that you can sink into after long travel with the temperature well regulated. The hotel itself is a 15minute scooter ride from the old town which is convenient, but there are also several great amenities nearby including a supermarket and several restaurants along the canal. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The rooms do not have a refrigerator, so I had to go to the reception to put my child's medicines and drinks in their fridge, which was very annoying.

Excellent breakfast - hot and cold. Location good - promenade in front of hotel. Room a little smaller than expected.
