perfect location, lovely pool area and lots of balcony space
the amount of cats (strays) that roam the place. they don’t get in your way but you can’t fully relax when they’re nearby

Maria is the best host ever, the Villa is amazing. We were a bit stressed when we arrived to the Villa due to the car rental. But when we arrived to the house Maria and a friend was waiting for us. They were so nice that all the stress was gone and the minute we stepped in the vacation started.
I can not express enough how good this stay was, and I can only recommend to all with families to stay here, it is nice and quiet but still central.

The villa was amazing, exceeded our expectations by far. Maria the host was very accommodating. It was very clean, comfortable and a lot bigger than the pictures make it out. Excellent location with shops a 1 minuet walk away and only a 15 minuet walk into more central San Antionio.
Always easy to find a taxi, and felt safe and secure at all times.
When I return to Ibiza I will 100% be booking here again!

The house is truly amazing. Super clean, great garden and pool. The host, Maria, is super friendly and available for questions. Could not be better.

The location was perfect, short walk to the sea front and local shops within sight of the villa for all our needs. The host was fantastic, great communication and very helpful throughout our stay with suggestions of places to visit.

Everything! The property is all round excellent. No complaints whatsoever. The hosts are excellent always just a text away for taxis recommendations, anything really. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Hosts were fabulous. They couldn’t have done any more to ensure our stay was the best possible experience. Location was great - only minutes away from the sea, many excellent cafes, supermarkets, etc.
You won’t be disappointed. I would stay again without hesitation.

The outdoor area is amazing, looked good from the pictures but a lot better in person. Inside the house is very clean, air con works perfectly, and the hosts explained where everything is perfectly.
Location wise you wouldn’t believe you could find a villa like this in the middle of San Antonio.
Make sure to wear mosquito repellent around the pool area. Because there is a lot of bushes we were bitten quite bad on the first day. Once we bought a spray it wasn’t as bad.

The garden and pool area was amazing. Even better than the photos.
Maria and Jose were so welcoming and helpful, they went over and above in making our stay memorable.
