Location was very good. Close to shops and information centre/hard time mine tour.

Charged a deposit several weeks before arrival but denied it upon checkin. Had to show bank history and contact bookings.com for investigation. They eventually realised they did take the money so I'm glad it sorted out. But wasted several hours of my time and I was only in town for a few days. Told the staff TV in my room didn't work. He said he would bring a replacement but never happened.

Staff are amazing, so Central to town, very very clean staff are understanding love it will definately stay again

We booked 3 rooms, got there and they said they only had 2 rooms. I Manager wasnt there on the Sunday we got there. We had no choice but to book a hotel next door for the night which another $120 each. After waiting in the car for 2 hours in 40 degrees heat. We have received no refund for the 3rd room we have booked and also no reimbursement for the 3rd room we booked and they didn't have. Extremely day

Pretty average presentation of the place. Peeling paint. Average bathrooms. Sour milk for coffee making. Rubbish blowing around the car park. Place needs a paint. Bathroom needs tiling. Essentially the place needs some love and attention.

Great location, clean and comfortable bed. Good price.

The TV had no reception, I could see the aerial socket was unplugged but it was on the ceiling and I couldn't reach it. There was no one in the office to ask either.
