Central location. Most good restaurants just a walking distance.

Need to add hair dryers in room for ladies. A little improvement on breakfast served. Bed length need to be increased. Shower water splashing outside that make the floor slippery..

The breakfast was awful. Cutleries and crockeries are non hygienic. I wish to bring disposable Being a hotelier, i am expecting the receptionist should have customer service attitude. I was requesting a late check out due to my flight.. i am not finish with my request she already regret it. There is no flexibility in this hotel as if they are fully booked.

My single room I booked was small. Next time I will try to book a different room grade

Convenient location in the old city quarter, helpful and friendly staff, good service. Twin rooms were sold out and instead we got two double rooms without any extra charge. Thank you Ahmed!
