hotel was clean and near to town and beach

We really enjoyed our stay, very relaxing. The staff were all very nice, enjoyed the pool, breakfast was good, location is great.

The staff is friendly and helpful specially the young guys who also speak some English and was easy to talk to and helpful to provide information on where to go and how ... People very nice overall The swimming pool was good and clean and normally nobody was there so was very relaxing and quiet ...nice

The room was only cleaned by request but I have to say it wasn't cleaned when i requested it. I could see the shower was not cleaned as had some hairs and also the washing ... As the room is not cleaned on daily basis you can run out of toilet paper but obviously you can ask for it and they will give to you. The hotel could do with a "refresh" fix some things broken around (on the fridge for example), better clean on rooms (the rest was perfectly clean) As we were on the ground floor, if other guess where going to their rooms you can hear the noise and steps, loud voices... Wifi and Coffee VERY BAD!

Very nice and helpful staff. Room is standard, clean and comfortable. There is very nice breakfast area. Location is good, just 300m from the center, quiet area and supermarket is apposite.

Breakfast was without hot dishes, only cold food. It's impossible to take a shower with hot water in the morning, water was a little warm only. More hot water was in the evening only. WI-FI is stable at the lobby area only.

Bayram Hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. We received warm, not routine hospitality! The hotel owner and his sons speak excellent English, and during our stay they made us feel not just as customers, but as their dear guests. They directed us to find great beaches and nice places in the area - in Cesme and Alacati there is much to visit and see. Maybe we were lucky, but there was a parking space next to the hotel for our car all the time. Breakfast was very fresh, /next season they even promised to have espresso coffee in addition to instant coffee and traditional tea :) / We are left with the best impressions of Hotel Bayram and we recommend it with pleasure! Lovely clean hotel in a good location, helpful and friendly staff. Really nice breakfast every morning. Excellent private pool at the back of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

The host was excellent, friendly and helpful. The Turkish breakfast was very good with great selection of fresh fruit, veg, meats and cheese. Hotel was clean throughout with available water and soft drinks to buy. The location was quiet with a short walk to town.

Room wasn't cleaned for the last few days and I would have liked an extra bin in the room.
