Excellent place! Amazing view from one side to mountains and sea view from other side. Very nice and beautiful lake around 3km walking. Nice sand beaches in that area. Everything was perfect at our trip. Very recommending Villa Ostria. Owners friendly as well. We were surprised that they prepare for us some food and water before our stay at Villa Ostria.

A fantastic place for a family holiday. The hospitality of the host Katherina - invaluable. Wonderful views, total privacy guaranteed by the surrounding olive groves. Proximity to nature, yet shops, tavernas in a short 2, 3 km distance. Cleanliness of the villa and the pool - no objection. We are coming back next year!!!

Our stay there was really a great experience. House was really beautifull, clean with great view. Pictures don't lie at all :) Hosts were really helpful and took care of us from the very beginning. Really remarkable holidays. 10/10.

The staff was super nice and sweet. The house itself was clean and the pool was taken care of enough times. It sure is a place to come back to!

It was our first vacation as a family. Katerina and Giorgos did everything for us to feel like home. Everything I mean they did a lot. The house was clean, big, a lot of pool toys for kids. They met us so friendly and were so receptive to us. Katerina’s dishes were so good and their kindness was really amazing. We already miss them, miss the olives and the pool, the view, oh my God, there I saw the beautiful sunrise and sunset and you don’t have to go special for it, you can enjoy it from the balcony of Giorgos and Katerina. Villa Ostria is the best choice. What can be more important than to feel like home even you are far away from your home. Even the sea is about 5 min away from the villa and a lot of tavernas with local food. Thank you Katerina and Giorgos, we already miss you ❤️

We felt very well at Villa Ostria. The house looks exactly like the pictures. It is very clean and equipped with everything you need. It was a pleasure to sit by the pool, which is very well maintained and to admire the mountains. Giorgos and Katerina were very kind. We hope to return.

The villa is cozy, fully equipped, in an amazing location. cleanliness is a priority and the hosts with strong sense of Cretan hospitality.

Villa Ostria was great in every aspect. The owners were very easy to communicate with direct from when we booked and very helpful during our stay even providing us with a home cooked meal, wine and breakfast items when we arrived late in the evening. The rooms are clean, comfortable and every bedroom offering a private balcony or terrace with wonderful views of the nearby mountains or ocean. The pool and garden area was perfect for families.

There is nothing I disliked about the house however there are no lights on the road outside so travelling by taxi or rental car is highly recommended during the evenings.
