Nothing. It is a little dated so I understand it isn’t for everyone but I really liked it.

Our sixth stop was in Chia. It was a dream! We were extremely positively impressed with this hotel. Both the room and the compound were very well cleaned and super quiet. The hotel has an amazing view with excellent facilities. The location of the hotel was beyond great and the staff was very very nice. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel has a great large parking lot. Highly recommended.

Location was great, shortcut though walk to the a very nice beach (Sa Colonia Beach) with clear blue water and a beautiful view at torre Chia. Staff was super friendly. Fresh homemade pies (warm from the oven) for breakfast.

The room smelled musty and dusty. The bathroom was really small, making shower time really uncomfortable even to short people like me. The outside cold shower was better than the room one.

Large room with entrance from the garden and patio, lovely breakfast area with view on fruit trees. Friendly welcoming owner. Vicinity to great beaches.

The place looks like a proper hotel with rooms in stand-alone units spread within a nice garden, but staff is reduced to a minimum and this has a visible impact on the general run-down bb look and feel.

Location is very close to a great beach. Room is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Place has a rustic feel and a good spot to switch off for a few days. Really excellent, plentiful breakfast with lots of options

Price:value is high but that seems to be the general rule in the area. Staff are kind but service is more rural guesthouse than hotel-like Two of the restaurants in walking distance were closed but perhaps that was due it being mid-wek in early season

Quiet and convenient location. Beautiful setting in a garden, pleasant atmosphere. Good breakfast.

Wifi is weak with occasional interruptions. Rooms are not very soundproof.
