We appreciated the staff because they we really helpful with a lot of things.

There was no AC and we were there on really hot days. Our shower was not very good it would spread water outside the shower. We also paid for a suite but they gave us a normal room

The staff were very friendly and helpful, both the late and the early shift. The room was basically nice. The location near the Massy TGV station is convenient.

The only slightly negative thing was the overall condition of the bathroom. The bathroom door handle was broken, and we reported it and they kindly promised to fix it, so the staff did what they could. We didn't ask for another room. Another thing was that it took about a quarter of an hour for the toilet cistern to fill up, which meant a 15-interval between toilet trips. This is no ordeal but below the expected standard, since the room fare was north of 115 euros for the night.

The room was comfortable. It also had a kettle and a microwave. They give you a tea bag, and some coffee packets and a bottle of water in the kitchen, which I think is a nice gesture and nice to have on arrival after a tiring travel.

My non-French card was declined, but the resources were reserved 3 times (total ~700€). The card is accepted in most places, but you would expect a hotel, which takes in many people from all around the world, to have to accept any cards. They notified me of the decline at the day of my travel - while traveling, so I had to enter my debit card details while surrounded by people in a bus. The French card was accepted, but at that point I wasn't sure if I had spent 900€ (3x on the declined, plus 1x on the accepted card) or ~200€ for 3 nights in a hotel. In the end I did get my money back (12 days later), but the stress could've easily been avoided (for example by checking if the card would be accepted by billing it for 1€ beforehand). Minor inconveniences: - My room key card stopped working randomly, and the reception wasn't working (exceptionally that day) so I had to go to the hotel across the street to get an "open everything" card, and then change my old card the next day. - I had a thermostat in my room but it wouldn't apply the temperature I set it on, which makes sense since I didn't see any heating device in that room. Luckily it wasn't too cold so it might have been doing something after all, but just not as much as I wanted.

Very pleasant stay. 400m from Massy TGV perfect for overnight stay to catch train. Basic but everything one needs for short stay
