la amabilidad del personal e instalaciones , nos ayudaron en todo momento , nos dejaron quedarnos el tiempo necesario en el apartamento, hasta solucionar un pequeño problema, sin duda muy recomendable

Decent location for skiing, about 5-7 walk to the Tarter lift (NOT the gondola, which is further).
This property is NOT “ski-to-door” by any estimation. If you ski to the door, you are skiing across the highway. Also, furnishings are cheap: broken shelves & window blinds, uncomfortable couch, sticky nightstand drawers because the furniture is made of particle board. We were just generally very underwhelmed by this property and would not stay here again. Also unhelpful staff - I had a meeting the day we were leaving and asked if they had suggestions of places I might be able to take it. Their response: “No idea.”

El apartamento genial, vale la pena, muy cerca de pistas. Muy bien organizado todo: recogida de llaves, información del uso del apartamento, del parking, tienen WhatsApp para poder contactar con ellos, antes del viaje te informan por correo electrónico y WhatsApp de como llegar, como hacer el check-in... Calidad-precio es increíble. Lo recomiendo totalmente.
No tengo nada negativo porque estuvimos muy bien con todo.

Buen lugar para pasar un fin de semana, estuvimos muy agusto. Admiten mascotas y dispone de parking, aunque las plazas son bastante estrechas. Repetiríamos.

I liked everything. Comfortable beds, clean apartment, good location (in front of el tarter ski station). You can find options of restaurants restaurants close to el floc and also beautiful hiking locations like vall d’incles. Loved the decoration! I would love to live in an apartment like this one.
I went in june, a bit warm inside as the apartment was exposed to morning sun. But nothing serious.

Beautiful location, apartment was very clean and felt very homely. Reception very helpful. Free parking included although spaces where a bit tight, however it was very convenient. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and responsive staff. We got help almost instantly and really enjoyed the stay. Internet super fast. Great to get work done.
The parking spaces are TINY. It is difficult and sometimes impossible to park, especially with larger vehicles. Best to contact staff to arrange something before your trip. The wifi is with login like a hotel, but you do not stay logged in. You need to re-enter the user and pass several times each day on each device. That is outdated technology or poor setup and needs to be taken care of.

Very good Location. Close to gondola and multiple ski rentals.
You can hire skis and ski down to gondola.
Once you take the gondola there are some nice places to eat and drink at top of mountain. there is also many directions to take you can head to soldeu if you want pretty easily. There is also a couple green slopes for beginners.
Apartment has nice views. Good size everything you need for cooking and chilling.
The lady in reception was really great.
I expected a table with chairs on the balcony as per the picture but ours didn't come with that for some reason. We noticed another apartment next to us had this.
But it didn't affect us much as we were mostly out anyway.
TV is old with not many channels. Had only 2 English channels and I was only news channels.
. Could do with upgrading the tv facilities.

Absolutely loved it. clean, spacious, well equipped. Reception polite and helpful. I would recommend it 200%.
There was just one thing and this is to be taken as constructive criticism- as I was going down to the parking lot from floor 1 the lights went out (on a timer), it was pitch black and as I was carrying something and had a dog on a lead it was frightening. So maybe the time switch could be extended?

Lovely hotel. We were delighted. The location is very convenient, underground parking, beautiful view from the room. Special thanks to Rachel (owner of the property) for checking us into the hotel at a late time, after 20:00. Came quickly to us straight from the shower. Very nice owner, very glad to meet such a wonderful person. Gave us the better room for the same price. They also allowed us to live with a dog without any extra charge. Deserves the best marks. 100 from 10 👍👍👍

The woman in the reception was so nice and helpful with everything we asked for. And all the staff in general.
Nothing, but would have been nice to have a washing machine in the apartment. But there is a place close by that does your laundry for a very reasonable price. I know some of the apartments have a washing machine so just make sure that your apartment does when you make the reservation.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable; kitchen is well equipped for cooking; beautiful views from both living room and bedroom; heating is super strong - we stayed very warm even when it was -15C outside. Having a reception in the building was very useful - staff was super friendly and welcoming. Parking was tight yes (as many other comments highlight) - but it was free and covered, which was super important specially during heavy snow periods (we saw how the cars parked on the street got the morning after).
The location was super strategic to hit the slopes (even walking to Tarter ski lift should you want to), but it came at a price: the main road can be noisy sometimes. At one night we got waken up at 3am with some loud fellows walking down the street. The water heater has a 100L capacity, so there is a warning in the guest book for us to manage our shower time so that we don't run out of hot water (it takes 2-3 hours to get warm again). We haven't suffered from lack of hot water, but this warning made bath time a little rushed and stressful. Also, if I were to make a suggestion, it would be to offer salt, sugar, seasoning/ olive oil, etc for the guests in the kitchen. It's a nice touch that we have experienced in other apartments we have been to - and it's not a major investment to the hosts.
