Tidy apartment that was well located in the Centre of San Casciano.

It was quite a late check in and the main apartment complex was located very far away from our apartment so we couldn’t drop bags off or pick up keys. Wifi and air con didn’t work very well. One of the pull out couches had a decaying exterior.

A bit of a distance to walk to with your luggage from the car park. Photos of Naked women on the walls- which I had to take down as travelling with kids.

Clean and very nice place, in the city center.

We liked everything.

We had a bit of trouble with the access code but that got sorted very quickly. It would have been better if we had received the code a few days earlier and we didn't know what to do in case we didn't receive it.

the location was wonderful, right in the heart of town.

the apartment needs some TLC. The master toilet is difficult to flush and the beds and pillows were not as comfortable as they could be. Had to contact the host upon arrival as we had no bath towels in the bathrooms and needed extra pillows. Had to remove the king size matress on the main bed to get to the storage underneath to get towels and pillows. Furniture is showing signs of age. 9 rating was in 2016 and it shows.

In love with this rental! It's located in the center of the most amazing little town with friendly people who love tourists. We were an easy drive from Florence, San Gimignano, and other towns in the Chianti. The apartment is beautiful, and I love the spacious bedroom and living area. The bathroom is fantastic, kitchen, bed... The pool at the resort! Yes, you get to relax by the pool with the most amazing views of the Tuscan countryside while also enjoying the experience of living in a small town. It's too far to walk to the pool (resort) in the heat, so you must make sure to have a car. I can't imagine being in the countryside without a car anyway (there is free parking). The town has everything you could need and tasty restaurants to walk to for a glass of wine and pasta after your day is at an end.

The only thing I would suggest other travelers be aware of is that there is street noise. Noise is one of the things that come with living in a town center. Anyway, it wasn't as noisy as the larger cities, like Florence. For the property managers, I would suggest cleaning a moldy section on the wall by the entrance, which would make the property a perfect 10. I saw negative comments about the AC; it could have been a little stronger, but Americans need to remember things are different in Italy. It is like going back to a different time.

I liked everything about this place! Its super beautiful and well taken care of, comfortable and stylish and still cosy. Great location in the village, free parking at walking distance. It's great that you can use the pool and sauna at the nearby resort, this is also where you check in, staff are super nice and helpful. 10 out of 10, loved it.

If I have to say one thing,.. no balcony or outside space. But oh well ;)
