We were treated very well. The room was a good size. The cleanliness was very good. The location was a bit difficult to find but, once found was not hard to return. Parking facility very good . Food very satisfactory.

a stunning property located in the heart of Albi. Decor and attention to detail was superb. Staff, especially the font of of house were extremely helpful, polite and humorous.

Everything was perfect, from the welcome I received to the food (excellent). The staff, especially Johan and Nicholas were brilliant. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. I loved my stay and I recommend this place to anyone who is difficult to please. I know I’m not the easiest guest when it comes to food etc. Thank you for making my stay amazing!!

description said there was parking on site, but as we arrived on sunday evening, reception was quick to tell us that the garage was full, even if we would have requested parking, it would not have changed anything. Luckily we were able to find parking on the street in front of hotel. A little difficult to find, a sign a the start of the street with hotel name would be helpful as the next street over is pedestrian only

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in over the last 40 years. Beautifully refurbished, excellent staff. Meals in the restaurant were Michelin quality. Very well located for the Cathedral.

Everything . Perfectly situated for exploring Albi Modernised beautiful building with every facility you could wish for . Fab restaurant and bar Helpful, friendly staff Dog friendly Epitome of hospitality with a great vibe . Highly recommend

Excellent location, staff, and service

We liked the location, very central for all the historic sites. Nick the part owner was especially nice as were all the staff very helpful and kind. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel which is decorated to a very high standard.

Really appreciated the good customer service and friendly helpful and bilingual staff.

We had two rooms, 6 and 7, located on the top floor. Parking close by in covered garage. Very happy in all respects.

Note that room 7 looks over the outdoor seating of the restaurant, so there is a little noise. No problem with room 6.

Hotel is right in historical center of Albi. Breakfast served in room, very tasty and fresh. Due to Covid lockdown conditions, restaurant was closed. Staff very kindly provided upgrade of room so we had more room to eat in and the loan of a microwave to reheat our take out food. And to top it off they also provided a cork screw for our wine bottle. Room very clean. View of Palais de Justice (courthouse) next door. Free parking in street outside until June due to pandemic.

Due to the Covid lockdown and curfew, we were unable to profit of the bar and restaurant on site as they were closed. The reception was only open at certain times due to low business but could be contacted by phone at all times.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was perfect.

We would have appreciated some English speaking TV channels but this wasn’t a major problem as we only stayed one night.
