Position for the sun, location.

Most of the furniture need replacing. Beds broken. Bbq unstable an no cover if raining. Out door table was falling apart (was replaced). Garden has had no maintenance. Shower pressure not great.

Very good accommodation for family holiday near the town centre. Excellent facilities which were clean throughout.

Garage door did not work so did not use this but not a big issue.

The house was very dirty, cushions need a wash on the lounges and by the pool area. Dog poo outside and dog hair everywhere, not impressed we had to vacuum after our stay when it wasn't even clean before - pool was cold and had garden all around and over it, bed was uncomfortable. Mozzies coming out of the hut and ants through the house. no bin bags, the safe lock was hard to get back on the gate as It didn't say you needed to put the code in again to get it back on. overall the place is very out dated compared to the pictures, outdoor setting very weathered. Crumbs still on dining table and a fake eyelash stuck on the place mats.. needs a bit of TLC not worth the money! would've preferred a resort!
