The location was great
The venue and the apartments are dirty. Electricity facilitis are not working fine. Moved there to 3 rooms. In two of them ACs are not working when it's 32 degrees outside. Spent many hours just to try to solve basic things. They don't refresh the rooms between gust visits. One of the employees there is very rude. At the end, I find myself in a room with much less value that I paid for.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Despite the overall lack of cleanliness, the bed and bedding were surprisingly clean. The location is excellent, very convenient and central.
The room had a strong musty and old odor. There was mold everywhere in the shower cabin, and everything else was dusty. I would not stay in this accommodation again.

TV turns on by itself every now and then, dust can be seen in many places in the hotel and in the room.

Loved the lobby design at Villa Rothschild. The first room wasn’t very good but they quickly changed to another one, bigger/comfortable/with a table. The staff, especially Dana, were very friendly and supportive. And the location is top)) Thx!

The location was perfect. Very nice area, vibrant close to nice restaurants and bars
The room was never cleaned for the 3 days we were there even though we left the card on the room for it to be cleaned. The first day we arrived the floor was dirty. The bathroom did not have windows and it smelled awful. The ventilator did nothing

The location is perfect, it's very convenient to take a walk to the sea or around the city. The hotel staff were very helpful: all my requests (about early check-out for example) were resolved in a friendly and timely manner.

Amazing staff, they were 24/7 for you to help with any issues. Great location. Good value for the money.
Little dirty, needs some touch ups. Some necessities were not in the room, like hair dryer and iron.

I got sexually attacked by one of the hotel cleaning workers.
The hotel did almost nothing about my case, they treat me very poorly and completely disrespectfully.
This is not over yet, I will not let them continue to avoid of taking responsibility for the mental damage that I received, but I want the other ladies that are about to come to know, be careful from their cleaning workers.

Breakfast was at another restaurant just around the corner at the Arcaffe Bakery great breakfast and the bread was fantastic.staff were very welcoming.
Location was very good adjacent to all the shops bus stops etc,and a 20 minute walk took me to the main chopping Mall and the other direction to all the beaches at the end Allenby road.
Once at the beach you can see old Jaffa in the distance sitting on the hill in all its glory, a very pleasant stroll of just over 45 minutes along the sea from will take you all the way there.
It was a good trip i enjoyed every minute of it to be totally honest:
