Great location, spacious, fantastic views!

This was our second time at this location. It’s a great space to accommodate a larger family. It’s close to several amenities and the best feature, the ocean, is visible from so many of the rooms. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect for 10 adults..18 to 80 with space for lots of activities..wonderful sunrises and sunsets..well equipped...The manager was the best!..

This was a beautiful property that was plenty big enough for our two families of four. We had an A/C issue at the start of the trip and the manager Steve had a handyman out and an A/C repairman there to fix them within an hour, even though it was after hours. After that, the place was blissfully cool all week. Steve was super responsive to any issues or questions we had during the week. The beach was stunning, with gentle, shallow waves that our kids loved to play in. The proximity to restaurants, museums, mini-golf, whale watching, kayaking tours, etc. made it a convenient location so we didn't have to spend the week stuck in traffic on Route 6. This is a great location for families. It's worth noting that you'll need to provide your own linens or rent them from a local company though, as sheets, kitchen and bath towels, and beach towels are not provided. I missed this detail in the listing and only found out after booking, but this slight inconvenience was worth the extra packing for such a gorgeous house and private beach. The rest of the home is very well stocked and beautifully decorated.

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous and roomy home. Access to the beach, nearby stores and much of the Cape was outstanding, amenities were great and the house was very clean and airy. Lots of space for guests with very nice outdoor spots to eat and watch the waves. Highly recommend!

Perfectly placed on the water, this house was amazing for our trip. Steve was incredibly helpful and responsive when needed and the house was excellent!

We used this as home base for three generations of family to celebrate graduating from Brown. It was the perfect comfortable space with room for us all and the best view around.

Steve was wonderful host. His home is well appointed and comfortable for entertaining a large group.. This beachfront property has beautiful views and perfectly located to all Cape Cod offers as well as the greater Boston area.

We had a total of 10 people stay completely comfortably in this home, with room to spare. The stairs down to the beach did prove to be challenging for my 3 year old, but location, beach, etc we’re all amazing. The favorite was the low tide/gorgeous soft sand bar that opened up every afternoon. We explored local swim ponds too as the water was a bit rough and cold (July) for our littles. Kitchen was well equipped. This was my first experience with outsourcing or brining your own linens. Not completely sure if it’s leftover Covid regulation or regional. I didn’t love it. We flew from Chicago, brought what we could pack and outsourced remainder. All in, a wonderful trip!

GREAT PROPERTY, GREAT LOCATION, EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE PROPERTY MANAGER

Our family of 10 people ranging in age from 3 to 76 stayed here dieting Independence Day week. The house location, size and layout was perfect for our group. The kids absolutely loved the upstairs area and referred to it as their “hideout”. The house was large enough to spread out when needed and be together when we wanted to. The deck has a large table that we were able to have large family meals at. The smaller deck closer to the beach was a favorite spot for us. Checking in and out was a simple process and the house was clean. The two bedrooms off the kitchen are identical in size and on the smaller side with limited storage for two adults to stay in for a week. There is a shared bathroom between the two rooms. If I could make one recommendation, it would be to add some shelving in the bedroom closets as storing our belongings proved to be pretty difficult. If you have a large group that includes kids who is looking for a perfect location, I would definitely recommend renting this property.

Our 3 generation family had a great stay at this property. Plenty of everything- a well stocked kitchen, ample beach "stuff" if you forgot a chair or umbrella and lots of private beach to enjoy. The water was always within reach and deep enough for swimming even at low tide and fires on the beach at night were a special treat. East Sandwich is cute and there are a few restaurants, but there's not a whole lot to do per se but enjoy the beach! We did manage to try most of the local ice cream places- our favorite was "Ice Cream Sandwich"- check it out.

The location of this home is amazing! Very nice home but it wasn’t as clean as I would expect an “exceptional” rental to be, especially at the price. Makeup smudges on the bathroom vanity drawers, dirty stove, sticky coffee pot, dead ants in my coffee mug, dusty light fixtures….really no need for this.

There is so much space in this home and around the property for families to enjoy. The house is on a great street to take walks on and in the back, the boardwalk to the beach was awesome. Great seating area just before the steps down to the beach too. Would definitely return!

Nothing like having a place on the ocean . We have been enjoying this house plenty of room to spread out . Look forward to next year.

Quiet, beautiful, a great stay. Will be the first place we try to book whenever we come back to the Cape. Agree with an earlier comment that recommended a better vacuum and broom. Ones that were available did not work well, so I was excessively bossy about keeping sand out of the house. Everything else worked well. Was delighted to find that outdoor furniture was excellent - far better than pictured. The bedroom with twin beds is upstairs, with treehouse-like views of the surroundings. Delightful. But the stairs to access it are steep, with only a partial railing. I would not recommend it for younger children because of that.

This home was so impressive looking and cozy!

We've been staying on the same street almost every August for the last 9 years and by far this has been the nicest house. I would agree to updating the brooms and vacuum for an easier clean. As well as suggest to place some additional seating and tables on the other porches. The grill was a little difficult to use and should possibly be updated. Overall the experience was great, not too crowded on the beach in August and the kids made friends by the fires. Definitely recomend this place.

Great house on the beach. A little busy with multiple rental cottages on both sides of the house made for a couple of crowded beach days. Overall great spot.

My girl friends and I stayed for a week the last week of June! Loved how tucked away this place is with our own stairway down to the beach and a great outdoor shower. Every room was bright and we enjoyed having dinners all together both inside and out. Our only suggestion would be to update the brooms and vacuum to easily keep the rooms less sandy during our stay. We will be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Check in process was so easy and the house was absolutely beautiful. House was clean and very spacious. The very large family room in the back of the house had the most beautiful view of the ocean and the room was great for little kids and family to hang out. The house was right on the beach and the beach was beautiful. There was a sandbar that came out during low tide that was perfect for the little ones to run and play. The ease of walking down the boardwalk from the house to the beach was amazing, especially with little kids. There are restaurants and grocery stores within 10 mins. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a fabulous week!

Comfortable, clean and spacious home to stay with breathtaking views. We had a private beach, which helped with two small children. Our last night we had a fire on the beach with the children and roasted marshmellows. Highly recommend.

This was my first time to the Cape Cod area and we had a wonderful stay at this property. We loved the fact that the house was located right on a private beach. This was super convenient, especially traveling with young kids. The beach was quite rocky, but totally fine since we brought water shoes for the kids and they enjoyed throwing the rocks in the ocean. The house was well equipped with many amenities, and many things beyond what the listing said they had. (Beach chairs, umbrellas, high chair, box fans etc). I do wish we had known some of those things were there because we could have packed a little lighter! The only issue we had was that the fridge leaked water when using the water dispenser. We contacted the owner and he let us know there had been an issue with it and to just mop up the water because they haven’t been able to get it fixed yet..that was a bit of an annoyance). Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay at this property!

We had a wonderful week in this wonderful home. Lots of room for the family to spread out. The beach is perfect and we loved collecting beautiful rocks and shells. Fires on the beach capped of a relaxing week!

We were very disappointed as the whole week we stayed was cold, rainy and very windy. This house sleeps comfortably 10 people. The 4 more that they advertised must be sleeping on air mattress! Overall we had a very nice and relaxing stay and had plenty of space for just the 4 of us!
