The hotel location is great because it is nearer to my appointment place. Also there is restaurant downstairs with good food, and few eating places. There is also a 4hours KK mart. The room is old but not too small. Bathroom is clean and a bit spacious for a single room. Aircond is in good condition Reception staff is very good, helpful and informative.

Weird smell inside the bathroom (i think it came from the body shampoo is mixed with water) Kettle is not working and tv is with all in Chinese writing and cannot be changed to other channel. The pillow is too soft, the hotel management might considered to change a new one. The most turning down factor is at night around 10.30 pm onwards until almost 2 am, there is a renovation works being done with very annoying sound of drilling and hammering. How can the hotel let the renovation works at rhis hour.

Size of the room is ok

The floor dusty, no hair dryer, only can pay cash, no receptionist attend us only get key from next door restaurant , air conditioner got sound, one of the room's lock has spoiled but cannot change room because fully stayed

actually location is very nice.. ez acess with bus and taxi ... nearby with restaurant , pharmacy , KK, kfc

credit card machine unable operate

I like the staff attitude, especially janitors. They're extremely friendly. Location is excellent. Full of restaurants nearby.

Room is a bit small. Heater wasn't working for almost 1 day. And also parking problem. Finally, counter closes early at 7pm. I couldn't pay with e-wallet or card, and I've to go to next door mamak to pay cash.
