Fomos de fim de semana de Aniversário de Casamento e o hotel era muito bom. Pedi o Kit Romântico e foram impecáveis. Localização excelente com o rio perto para dar uns passeios noturnos e diurnos muito agradáveis, bem como perto de outras zonas para visitar.

Desfrutamos do SPA que era agradável, no entanto foi estranho nunca estar ninguém na receção do mesmo e o chão estar cheio de água sem ninguém ter o cuidado de limpar. Piscina pequena quando estão mais de 8/10 pessoas.

O hotel no geral é apelativo, mas é apenas mais um hotel, o que cativa mais é a zona calma

O WC do quarto era estranho com recantos e a sanita encostada a uma parede depois de ter tanto espaço, a cama para a criança não estava instalada depois de ter reservado 2 pax + 1, talvez ficamos com este quarto devido à reserva de última hora

Por decir algo... La zona del spa un poco cutre porque solo cuenta con 1 piscina aún chorros, 1 jacuzzi, 1 sauna y un baño turco.

The swimming pool was nice. The bed was comfortable. The room was cool (yay).

There was way too much chlorine in the jacuzzi. It burned my eyes and made it hard to breathe.

It is a very nice hotel located in a beautiful town. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The outdoor pool is very pleasant and well equipped.

We didn’t enjoy the indoor pool, the water wasn’t hot as it was supposed for a wellness spa. The pavement around it is very slippery so very dangerous. The water in the jacuzzi had a very strong chemical smell.

- Ample free parking on the hotel grounds - AC worked rather well after some help from the staff in reception, who, incidentally, were extremely helpful - Large spacious bedroom and large balcony - Ample offerings for breakfast - No noise from the outside - A solid selection of Portuguese and international TV channels - An extremely large bed

- Our view was the car park to the rear of the hotel, which was absolutely soul destroying - An incredibly small TV in relation to the size of the room (more an observation than a dislike) - Occasional noise from other guest rooms when they used the bathroom (which could easily drive you to despair) - The budget toilet paper - The budget toiletries - I don't think there was any shampoo, unless the shower gel also coupled as a shampoo

This is a fine Hotel in a very convenient location. Would use it again.Did not use the pool but might have used the outside one if the weather was just a little bit warmer!!

My wife and I stayed in the Luna Arcos Hotel in Arcos de Valdevez for one night during a holiday in Portugal. The hotel is modern and quite large with free parking outside. It is a short walk across the river to the city. Our room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the river and town. Our package included a good dinner, where the service was excellent. We also enjoyed a good breakfast from the large buffet.

It is nice hotel with very friendly personnel. The room was with very beautiful view to the river and mountains from the balcony. We liked the open pool outside the hotel with comfortable furniture. The breakfast was good and variable, but if you come 30-40 min before buffet is closed there will be not so many choices, not enough of juice, bacon, fruits for all the guests. We liked the service at restaurant nighttime, very competent and friendly staff including bartender.

The hotel is old and rooms should be refreshed, some spots on the walls from luggage or shoes should be removed in a 4 stars hotel. The spa center also looks like old fashion, not so interesting for young people. Hope my feedback will help the owners to become there hotel better.

honestly can’t complain about anything about the property!! The bar prices are a lot higher than outside the hotel but I guess that’s to be expected!!

Ir room was strong and chemical aroma, maybe from cleaning materials, but it was too much and too strong.

Kind staff, nice facilities, good breakfast. The location is great, pretty close to the river, beach and walking paths. Quiet bedroom with a nice balcony.

There was a leak in the toilet. They fixed it but it wasn't solved. There was no power plug near the bedside table - actually there was one available behind the bed, which didn't allow to insert the mobile charger.

The majority of the staff was great. Facilities were great.

Breakfast - sometimes the food was not very fresh. Dinner - happened the same. Late Checkout - we asked for late check-out and was given to us just 30 min more. I know that sometimes its not easy because of the people coming and checking-in, but sometimes would be great.

Arcos de Valdevez is a lovely beautiful city located along a riverside. This is an excellent opportunity to have a long walk or a bicycle ride with a beautiful view of a riverside with a varied landscape. The hotel is clean and great for a family trip. You can find all you need for your own rest and for kids, a playground, outside and inside a swimming pool, and a wellness center with a sauna. I love the breakfast, good choice on any taste and fresh orange juice.

The hotel is a good value, I didn't notice anything that requires a change.
