Over rated . Out dated . Not a luxury apartment by any means . Needs a complete refurbishment. No internet for over 24 hours

spacious rooms, great location, parking

Apartament was very spacious and had everything you needed. Was very quiet area, lovely views and very confortable stay. I would recommend it, we were 2 copuples and 2 kids and was plenty of room for all of us. There an amazing beach just down the road, nice restaurants around and the town is beautiful.

The only thing I would say it that there was not cold water coming out if the showers.

We loved the food on offer for lunch. Very reasonable and excellent quality. The staff were absolutely fantastic - helpful, friendly, responsive and informative.

I think 2 things (1) there is no food or bar after 1900 - we missed being able to have a nightcap or choosing to just eat in the resort. (2) the hills/slopes - with no lift service to rooms. This was difficult for us and we didn’t appreciate this at time of booking. The walk to shop/town involves hills, quite significant ones.

Our apartment was beyond comfortable. it had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our family of five, very well stocked kitchen and towels for the pool as well. Always clean and we had the pleasant surprised that they clean and replaced towels midweek. Facilities were always spotless and ready for us to use. Pool, gym, pool bar. It's a perfect location since it's walking distance from the town of Ferragudo where you can find many restaurant options, cute walk to get ice cream and walking distance to the beach. To the beach is the most 5 min (and we had a 4 year old walking :) ). Also, we rented a car and we were 5 minutes from different beaches and close (between 20 to 40 min) to the main Algarve beach attractions like Carvoeiro, Benagil and Marinha. Also, if you wanted a more city like experience, you have Portimao 7 min drive with tons of restaurants, marina with lots of tours leaving from there (I recommend Discover) and the super markets like Lidl are a 5 min drive

Lovely comfortable safe and secure premises with south west facing balconies and good quality furnishings.

We were disappointed the table tennis table was broken and couldn't be used as we like to play to pass time during our holidays.

Everything was excellent

Settee was in poor state and bathroom needs updating

The apartment was spacious and clean, with all the necessary facilities for a long stay if needed (washing machine, ironing board, fridge, kitchen, TV etc) It was a short walk through cobbled streets down to Ferragudo market place and restaurants The swimming pool area was superb, with a bar and snack area. The complex has underground parking and secure access. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making restaurant suggestions and bookings for water taxi etc.

The view was nothing special.

The apartment was extremely spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It was really comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and the garden, terrace & hot-tub were well maintained. The staff were professional, friendly & helpful, they all made us feel very welcome.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Communication with staff very slow. Heating did not work. No reaction for three days. Could not be fixed. No comment from staff. Apartment was humid.

Bar area had stopped serving food and very little choice re drinks available e.g. ran out of rose, lemon ice tea etc and had no interest in replenishing stocks blamed supplier availability but was available in local shops , gym had to be booked and was often booked out when empty - all issues were covid related
