Appartement size, location and the panoramic view.

Good location with direct access to the slopes, close to supermarket, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is somewhat old but very well maintained. Rooms are clean, have everything you need

Good location ski in ski out. Good boot room!

Broken shower, the head would not stay up. Had to fill the bath with the shower as the switch to the bath did not work. Paid for Wi-Fi for several devices but did not really work well at all so ended up on our own mobile data the whole stay. The check out instructions in English are not entirely clear. You must hoover your apartment or risk paying a 40 euro cleaning charge ..

We were self catering. Fresh bread and croissants etc can be delivered online for delivery each morning.

it was really easy to access. our room was ready on arrival in the morning and the reception allowed us early access which was much appreciated. the staff were lovely - helpful and informative jermey and helen in particular were wonderful! the views were spectacular - right on the piste with beautiful mountain views the room was clean with crisp white bedding the room was compact, but had everything we needed the double bed was comfy

the hotel was not well soundproofed, and the sound of other residents carried. in particular, the metal steps, just below my room, were very noisy, and clanged every time somebody clibed the stairs. this was not ideal at 1am, 2am 3am....

Great location, clean, friendly staff. Direct access to the slopes. Close to all the shops.

It was a little small for our family with 2 teenagers. There was no separate bedroom. As we were out skiing this was not really a problem.

The hosts were very friendly and access to the slopes was ideal.

The accommodation was a little bit dated but it was everything that we needed for our trip.
