Beautiful family house

Me and my family enjoyed ourselves accommodations met our needs

This is a wonderful place with beautiful views. We’ve enjoyed it a lot, this is our second time to Stay there, we recommend it for every one that is looking to stay in this area. The place is super clean and the hosts are wonderful to deal with.

We had a great time at the house, loved the pool! Quite neighborhood! The iguanas came out to visit! Great time!

Perfect house for what we were looking for! Nice pool!!!!! Tons of good restaurants within 10 minute drive, and had a boat tour company pick us up right in the backyard!

Property was very nice. Good swimming pool. Needs another bathroom and remodeling.

The house is big and very confortable specially for a big family. There is plenty of space for everybody to relax inside the house. The house was very clean. The master bathroom had a weird smell but everything else was perfect. We just kept that door closed at all times. The kitchen is not that big but really well equipped. There are also plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. Tami is very responsive. She always replied all my questions and concerns just within minutes of me asking. Overall, it was a very nice stay. We will be back!

The property is well-kept and very comfortable

I loved waking up to the sunrise over the water. Everything was clean and homely feeling. We arrived on the 4th and you could see the fireworks feom the pool area.

The family had a great time the house was well maintained and the inclosed pool provided great enjoyment for the young ones we would use again in a heartbeat

Had an opportunity to spend time with family not done in decades. Quite enjoyable.

This house set on the canal was the perfect place for some rest with family. We enjoyed the canal with sightings of manatee, blue crab, and caught lots of cat fish. The house was exactly what was stated in the ad. The owners were very pleasant to talk to and able to answer questions very promptly. Loved the neighbourhood! Walked around finding many burrowing owls! What a treat to see them. Great experience and would go back in a heart beat:)

This was perfect for two families. Each side of the house had a couple bedrooms and a bathroom which allowed us to have our own space. The dock was really nice and worked well for the boat we rented during our stay. Overall, a great place in a great location!

Very comfortable property, a little dark for my taste, and the humidity odor throughout the house refrain me for given a 5 stars . Otherwise perfect for family gathering.

My family and my cousins family stayed for a week. 14 of us from 60-18 months. Enough room for everyone, house was clean and very well stocked. The only 2 things we thought could have been better were the amount of bathroom wash rags (towels were plenty) and the condition of the mattress on the sleeper sofa in the 5th bedroom. It was usable (We added blankets from other rooms in the house to add padding) but it has seen better days. But over all we were very pleased and would rent here again anytime.

This property was beautiful and clean, fully equipped with all things we needed to hang out there at the pool or go for a day trip to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Was a beautiful place with lots of space. Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of beach toys, coolers and wagon. Also had fishing poles which were fun. Saw lots of wildlife including lizards and a mantee. Pool was soo nice and the neighborhood was very quiet Would highly recommend.

Home was perfect for all 10 of us. The pool was a hit with the grandkids.

The pool was fanatastic for the kids. It was warm and they loved the changing colors. Plenty of room for a group of 11. Plenty of towels and beach towels for the group. Unfortunately, the neighbors had dogs that did a quite a bit of barking early in the morning and evening. Plenty of sand toys, a cooler, and few chairs. Could have used more “beach style chairs” and we couldn’t find the umbrella that was indicated it in description. We enjoyed the grill and the laniai!

There is far more that is good to excellent about this property than the few things that were not excellent for us for this stay . The living space is excellent. The bedrooms ample and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen is central, modestly sized and gave us chances for “hugs” while cooking. The lanai and pool are wonderful. The “5th” bedroom is removed from the rest of the house and the entry is off the pool. This seemed off at first until the 3 grandsons (18-22) figured out they literally had their own space with TV! For our use (9or 10 people on some days) the main drawback was that the house had only 2 bathrooms. It worked out with some planning, shall we say.

This place was perfect for our multi-family vacation. We had 4 families with children ranging 6yrs - 20yrs of age and this place accommodated for sure! They offer all the amenities including ample bedding, towels (both beach & bath) pool & beach toys, beach chairs & cooler. The property manager had great communication with quick responses to our questions. We can't wait to book again in the future!

The colder weather made this stay a bit less enjoyable. House was nice. Traffic always very heavy. Pool nice, but didn’t use as much as we thought we would due to cold. Beach at least 30 min away.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Plenty of room for everyone to have space.

Property had plenty of space to spread out for a large extended family, and the pool / patio are made a great gathering space.

Nice house, pool heated, dryer needed part but was fixed by midweek

Great place to stay. The only negative was the dryer didn’t work but the host was in the process of getting it fixed. We worked it out. Great communication with host.

First let me say the property owner is wonderful and very responsive. There were 13 of us and it didn't feel like it. The house is beautiful and much larger then it appears. We had plenty of room. And with kids you definitely need it. The pool was a great hit!! This is the first time we've had a private pool. We will never rent another house without one lol. In short it was a beautiful home and great location. We will most definitely rent this home again!!

House was a great size for all 14 of us. Pool was awesome! Home owner was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. We would recommend this place to everyone!

The home was great and perfect space for our group of 10. We loved the pool and dock outside (we saw alligators, manatees and ducks). The owner called personally when I messaged with a question. Wonderful stay!

We came to this property with 3 families for spring break. It was so perfect! We fit nicely, really enjoyed the pool (the kids especially liked swimming at night because it was so warm, and the lights were a lot of fun), and found lots of things to do around the area. We all rented boats for the week, and had a great time on the water. There are so many places to see, great fishing and lots of dolphins. We even came up on a crocodile, and saw a manatee. Tami and Jodi were wonderful the couple times I had to interact with them. Such nice ladies. The house literally had everything we needed. Coolers, fishing poles, pool toys, beach towels (those are such a pain to pack), plenty of dishes in the kitchen & even fresh cut flowers in a vase in the bedroom. The only bad thing I could say is that the neighbor has 2 dogs that really like to bark. At 7am- every morning. And one of the bedrooms is really close to the house, so if you end up with that bedroom, they will be your alarm clock every day. This is obviously not something that the home owners can control, but I do recommend running a fan or another noise machine to drown out the noise as much as possible. I highly recommend this property, and would love to stay again if we come back to this area. Thank you for sharing this home.
