Nuova costruzione casa contemporanea situata sulla buca 11 del corso Prospector della Comunità Resort Suncadia. Situato su Maple Leaf Loop, è a pochi passi da Suncadia Lodge e attività, Glade Spring Spa e Swiftwater Cellars.

The home was perfectly laid out for our large extended family! This was by far our favorite home we have stayed at in Suncadia. Perfect location and the most amazing views of the golf course!!! We would definitely stay here again!

After my husband and I were introduced to this beautiful home by dear friends a few years ago we knew that we had to share this with our family. The family loved it!! Koncadia was perfect for family cooking, grilling, sitting by the fire pit or relaxing in the hot tub. The 4 masters and large bunk room comfortably accommodated the 12 of us with bunk beds to spare. We highly recommend this if your family or friends are looking for a beautiful quiet place for your family to unwind and relax.

I have stayed at maybe a dozen properties in Suncadia over the last 10 years. This home was the one of the best I have stayed at. Our extended family of 15 people had plenty of room to connect or have quiet time. The bedrooms all had ensuite bathrooms, except the bunkroom..but all the young adult kids wanted to stay in the bunkroom anyway because it is so nicely appointed and arranged. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The home is on the golf course but is surprisingly quite private even out on the patio facing the course. We loved our stay.

This place was amazing for four families to stay. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom and there was a bonus bunkbed room where kids loved. We had 8 young kids and everyone could sleep in the bunk bed. There was also a separate play room that they customized from garage and a separate laundry room. Very stylish interiors and we appreicated every corner of the house, especially the open layout was so beautiful.
We communicated directly with the owners and they were very prompt and accomodating. We pre-arranged a slightly late checkout which was possible since there were no parties coming right after us. Owners tried really hard to arrange this so we greatly appreciated it.
Overall, we would return to this amazing property and would recommend to our close families and friends without any hesitation. Thank you, we all had an amazing time!

We have stayed at Suncadia many times (different houses), but this house probably tops the list of my favorites.
We stayed at this house for New Years (4 families, with kids who are between 12 and 16 year old). Kids loved the bunkroom, and each family had privacy of their own bedroom (with bathroom).
Awesome, huge house that was just perfect to spend time in.

Our extended family of 12 spent 3 wonderful days here. The place was phenomenal. Plenty of room, kitchen had everything imaginable, game room entertained our kids and they even went sledding right outside on the golf course. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at Suncadia more than a dozen times in different houses and this home ranks among our favorites. The kitchen is well equipped and the layout of the house is well-balanced allowing all the guests to find their personal space. The architecture and design of the house are clean and modern.

Myself and 14 friends stayed at Koncadia and it was wonderful! The house has plenty of space, beds are super comfortable, multiple bathrooms and all the things you need to host/have a dinner party. The kitchen is very well stocked and has anything and everything you need. There’s a game room with a mini fridge for extra storage, hot tub and great patio with a firepit that overlooks the golf course. We asked quite a few questions prior to arrival and Keri was quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and open space--the backyard is literally a gold course. Our group of 13 people stayed over the Memorial Day weekend. But be mindful of the neighborhood. People living around want it to be quiet and peaceful. Our group who were enjoying a get-together after years got a little too excited at times, but tried to behave proper as best we could. This is not a place for loud young people shenanigans.

This property was perfect for my family. There was 12 of us. We had 3 small children and 9 adults. There was something for everyone. The layout of the kitchen/living room was open and spacious for all of us to be. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. Suncadia is a winter wonderland in December.

Our extended family stayed at this magnificent house for our mom's 75th birthday. It was the perfect house for our family! The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and quiet (the bunkroom is masterful), making the stay for all 15 of us quite pleasant. The outdoor area is so inviting and many of us enjoyed the hot tub with an awesome view. The kids loved the game room. It's also a great location for walking to the lodge or the winery. Finally, we can't say enough about how wonderful the hosts were in organizing our stay! A BIG thank you to Keri and Jason for sharing your beautiful home! The nicest Suncadia house we've stayed in over the past 10 years.

We had the whole family together to celebrate my inlaws 60th wedding anniversary. Ages 2-84. There was plenty of room for all of us, fully stocked kitchen etc that had everything we needed. We used the outside area every night as it was shaded and had plenty of seating for all of us. Keri was great to work with! Would love to come back!

Communication with host was excellent and they were flexible with check in and checkout time which was great. We happened to stay during the largest snow fall since the 90s so we were grateful for their flexibility when the passes closed and we couldn’t get home. The neighbors were extremely kind to help plow the driveway so we could drive out.
Perhaps the only thing we would change is the games in the garage are beginning to fall apart.
We would absolutely recommend this home to others.

Wonderful for family gathering
This was the perfect house for our long-awaited gathering of extended family. The house gave us everything we needed: loads of kitchen gear, plenty of space to cook/eat/hang out, lots of comfy beds, a game room that was a hit with young and old, a hot tub and fire pit that were extra fun in the piles of snow. Hosts were responsive to questions and made our stay a breeze.
