Older building was charming and Filipe was amazing, super helpful! breakfast was also great

I had a private room with shared bath. the room was great, but I thought it was a little pricey.

I loved staying here, the staff are more than welcoming and gave me lots of useful tips. They definitely make the place feel like home. The breakfasts are generous, delicious and the mattress in the bedroom is very comfortable. I would love to stay here again!

The breakfast is really good and nicely exposed in a small wooden box. A bit of everything for everyone inside. The location of the hostel is extremely good, very near to the airport and the highway exits/entrances. City center and the port are like 10 to 15 min by walk. Cleaning lady makes the beds tidy, toilletes are clean. Hostel ownerns are very kind and it looks like they are doing the job that they love, always helpful and ready to answer all your questions. They even do adventure/tour bookings for you- as they have their own agency too. Shampoo and shower gel have special smell, like the smell of the island. I loved it. The english speaking competence of the owners is on a very high level.

Sinks in the toillete rooms are rather narrow and tiny. The lockers door in sleeping room was totally nerving, it wont stay opened, closes itself again and again, I guess that the floor aint flat. Drinking umm isnt allowed in the room.. so you need to go down the stairs to get a glass of water. Online check in would be a good idea and advantage! Airport shuffle needs to be booked 24 hours before, what I did not know, was never told this. Had to take a cab. At the end I find the prices overwhelmed for the accomodation that you get, in the end it is like that on the whole island. Food and rental cars aint cheap also. In the heart of the Europe for example Frankfurt you can get through cheaper.

The stay was really enjoyable. Staff was really nice on and outgoing. They made us feel very welcomed. The rooms were really clean and comfrable. Staff went even beyond to make us feel good. What was important for us, was that parking is nearby. Best thing was that stuff member gave us suggestions where to go daily. And breakfast was delicios. It changed a bit everyday and we had opportunity to try different things.

A great hostel with awesome staff!

Accommodations were clean and looked new. Breakfast service was excellent. The garden terrace is a beautiful common area. Mafalda was incredibly helpful with recommendations for food and activities on the island.

It was not clear from my booking or from the property photos that the bathroom would be shared with other rooms.

It was amazing, so clean and delicious breakfast. The hosts were wonderful so gently always available to help in everything.

The staff are so nice and friendly. The place is exceptionnally clean amd our room was very comfortable, a good hotel standard at least. They offer activities toghether with the staff almost every day. I highly recommend this hostel 😊

Fantastic hostel, owners and staff. Breakfasts were amazing, rooms and common areas are comfortable and inviting. Plenty of space to also get some work done if you’re working remotely.

Super friendly & caring people that will give you plenty of advice on your travels! The hostel feels like home; they've got delicious breakfast, nice patio to hang out in, the rooms are clean and the en-suite bathroom is a big plus.
