Breakfast was not included. The location is very good near shops and easy walking trails along river. And the view is so beautiful it takes your breath away.

The apartment is near the Telecabina, possible to walk there. That was our most important reason to choose this apartment and we were not disappointed. Online check-in was easy, parking was great, and when I had questions I got answers to my e-mails quickly.

Basic apartment. There was no view and it was dark and a bit chilly. The living room battery had a sound so couldn´t keep it on during the night. Also, I am not a fan of blankets. Beds had duvets but for the sofa only blankets. If 5 duvets are not possible could you think of duvet covers for the blankets, just a sheet with a blanket is just so old-fashioned.

If we are from foreign country, and switch to roaming, we cant call for the keys, or even write an e-mail to get the keys We had to go to the nearest hotel to catch wifi. Next time, I will just stay there

The furniture are in poor condition. The chairs are too old. My friend fell off from a chair suddenly while sitting. The nails were all loosen, and the whole seat came off. And my friend got hurt. It was really dangerous that they didn’t check the facilities before they let people to live in. I reported and complaint to them, but they only said “I sorry for the incident.” Poor service!

Canillo is a nice little town with a few restaurants and cafes. It's really small, so there is no good or bad location there - everything is close. This property is not exceptional in any way.

The windows overlooked a concrete wall, few meters high. There was practically no daylight in the apartment - quite an unpleasant surprise, especially that the description does not mention this nuisance. We booked for 3 people, but got only one duvet. The reception stuff when asked about another duvet answered there are blankets and we should be happy with that. The coach is far from comfortable to sleep and definitely is not an option to sleep 2 people. So, contrary to the description this is in reality an apartment for 2 people, not more. There is no reception, the staffed office is in El Tarter, few kilometers away. They are reachable by phone (mind the roaming charges!), but it does not mean they would be willing to solve your problems, if you have any. We were disappointed.
